Abstract
Description
まず、図1及び図2を用いて、本実施の形態における蓄電装置1の全般的な説明を行う。図1は、本実施の形態に係る蓄電装置1の外観を示す斜視図である。図2は、本実施の形態に係る蓄電装置1を分解した場合の各構成要素を示す分解斜視図である。
には、固定部110の腕部111がY軸方向プラス側に弾性変形して反った状態で、爪部112が、係合部221のY軸方向プラス側を通過して、開口部221a内に挿入される。このため、固定部110が他の部材(バスバー30等)と干渉しないように、固定部110が配置される位置のY軸方向プラス側には、空間(図5Bの空間A1)が形成されている。同様に、固定部120が他の部材(バスバー30等)と干渉しないように、固定部120が配置される位置のY軸方向プラス側にも、空間(図6Bの空間A2)が形成されている。

Claims (10)
- 蓄電素子と外装体とを備える蓄電装置であって、
前記外装体は、
第一外装体と、
複数の固定部を有し、前記複数の固定部で前記第一外装体に固定される第二外装体とを備え、
前記複数の固定部は、前記第一外装体と前記第二外装体との並び方向において異なる位置に配置されており、かつ、同じ剛性を有している
蓄電装置。 - 前記複数の固定部は、高さ、厚み及び幅の少なくとも1つが同じである
請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記複数の固定部は、形状及び大きさが同じである
請求項1または2に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記複数の固定部は、前記第一外装体との接触面積が同じである
請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記第一外装体は、前記蓄電素子と前記第二外装体との間に配置される中間部材を有し、
前記第二外装体は、前記複数の固定部のうちの少なくとも1つの固定部で、前記中間部材に固定される
請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記中間部材は、前記蓄電素子に接続されるバスバーを保持するバスバーフレームであり、
前記少なくとも1つの固定部が前記バスバーフレームに係合することで、前記第二外装体が前記バスバーフレームに固定される
請求項5に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記第二外装体には、外表面よりも前記少なくとも1つの固定部が内側に配置されることで、窪み部が形成され、
前記バスバーフレームの前記少なくとも1つの固定部が係合する部分は、前記窪み部に配置される
請求項6に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記第二外装体は、前記複数の固定部のうち前記並び方向において前記第一外装体側に配置される固定部を有する部分の外方に、前記蓄電素子と電気的に接続された外部ハーネスが配置される
請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記第二外装体は、前記複数の固定部のうち前記並び方向において前記第二外装体側に配置される固定部を有する部分の内方に、前記蓄電素子と電気的に接続された電気部品が配置される
請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。 - 蓄電素子と外装体とを備える蓄電装置であって、
前記外装体は、
第一外装体と、
複数の固定部を有し、前記複数の固定部で前記第一外装体に固定される第二外装体とを備え、
前記第二外装体は、高さが高い部分と低い部分とを有し、
前記複数の固定部のうち、前記高い部分に配置される固定部と、前記低い部分に配置される固定部とは、高さ方向の長さが同じに形成されている
