Description
Claims (10)
- 폐 황산 흐름을 공급하는 단계;마그네슘 술페이트와 상기 폐 황산 흐름을 혼합하는 단계; 및상기 폐 황산 흐름을 저압 공기 보조 노즐을 통해 연소로 내부로 스프레이하여 원자화된 폐 황산 흐름을 형성하는 한편, 상기 연소로 내에서 연료를 연소시켜 상기 원자화된 폐 황산 흐름으로부터 이산화황 흐름을 생성하는 단계;를 포함하는, 폐 황산 흐름으로부터 재생가능한 황 함유 화합물을 생성하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 노즐은 다수의 구멍(orifices)을 가짐을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 저압 공기 보조 노즐을 통하여 상기 폐 황산 흐름을 연소로 내부로 스프레이하는 단계에 의해 200~700마이크로미터의 사우터(Sauter) 평균 직경을 갖는 폐 황산 소적이 형성됨을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 폐 황산 소적은 300~600의 사우터 평균 직경을 가짐을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 연소로가 작동하는 온도는 800~1200℃임을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 연소로가 작동하는 온도는 1000~1100℃임을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스프레이 노즐에 공급되는 공기 대 폐 황산의 비율은 0.01~0.1임을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스프레이 노즐에 공급되는 공기 대 폐 황산의 비율은 0.025~0.075임을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 삭제
- 마그네슘 술페이트와 폐 황산 흐름을 혼합하는 단계;상기 폐 황산 흐름을 저압 공기 보조 노즐을 통해 연소로 내부로 스프레이하여 원자화된 폐 황산 흐름을 형성하는 한편, 상기 연소로 내에서 연료를 연소시켜 상기 원자화된 폐 황산 흐름으로부터 이산화황 흐름을 생성하는 단계;상기 이산화황을 삼산화황으로 촉매적으로 전환하는 단계; 및상기 삼산화황을, 90중량% 이상의 황산 농도를 갖는 황산 용액에 흡착(adsorbing)시켜 상기 황산 용액을 더욱 농축하는 단계;를 포함하는, 폐 황산 흐름으로부터 산을 재생(recovering)하는 방법.
