도 2는 본 발명의 일 예에 따른 경구용 바이러스 백신 전달체의 pH 변화를 확인한 결과를 보여준다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 예에 따른 경구용 바이러스 백신 전달체의 pH 변화에 따른 안정성 변화를 실험한 결과를 보여준다.
Claims (13)
- 경구용 돼지 유행성 설사병 바이러스 백신(PEDV) 입자;
상기 바이러스 백신 입자 상에 형성되는 폴리리신, 폴리히스티딘 및 폴리아르기닌으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 양이온성 고분자로 이루어진 양이온성 고분자층; 및
상기 양이온성 고분자층 상에 형성되고, pH 7 내지 pH 9에서 이온화되며, 폴리(메타크릴산-co-에틸 아크릴레이트), 폴리(메타크릴산-co-메틸 메타크릴레이트) 및 폴리(메틸 아크릴레이트-co-메틸 메타크릴레이트-co-메타크릴산)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 고분자로 이루어진 pH 감응형 고분자층
을 포함하는 경구용 바이러스 백신 제제.
- 경구용 돼지 유행성 설사병 바이러스 백신(PEDV) 입자;
상기 바이러스 백신 입자 상에 형성되고, pH 7 내지 pH 9에서 이온화되며, 폴리(메타크릴산-co-에틸 아크릴레이트), 폴리(메타크릴산-co-메틸 메타크릴레이트) 및 폴리(메틸 아크릴레이트-co-메틸 메타크릴레이트-co-메타크릴산)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 고분자로 이루어진 pH 감응형 고분자층; 및
상기 pH 감응형 고분자층 상에 형성되는 폴리리신, 폴리히스티딘 및 폴리아르기닌으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 양이온성 고분자로 이루어진 양이온성 고분자층
을 포함하는 경구용 바이러스 백신 제제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 경구용 바이러스 백신 입자는 평균 입경이 0.1 내지 10um인 경구용 바이러스 백신 제제.

- 경구용 돼지 유행성 설사병 바이러스 백신(PEDV) 입자 및 폴리리신, 폴리히스티딘 및 폴리아르기닌으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 양이온성 고분자를 혼합하여 경구용 돼지 유행성 설사병 바이러스 백신(PEDV) 입자 상에 양이온성 고분자층을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 양이온성 고분자층이 형성된 PEDV 입자 및 폴리(메타크릴산-co-에틸 아크릴레이트), 폴리(메타크릴산-co-메틸 메타크릴레이트) 및 폴리(메틸 아크릴레이트-co-메틸 메타크릴레이트-co-메타크릴산)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 pH 감응형 고분자를 혼합하여 상기 양이온성 고분자층 상에 pH 7 내지 pH 9에서 이온화되는 pH 감응형 고분자 층을 형성하는 단계
를 포함하는 경구용 바이러스 백신 제제의 제조방법.
- 경구용 돼지 유행성 설사병 바이러스 백신(PEDV) 입자 및 폴리(메타크릴산-co-에틸 아크릴레이트), 폴리(메타크릴산-co-메틸 메타크릴레이트) 및 폴리(메틸 아크릴레이트-co-메틸 메타크릴레이트-co-메타크릴산)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 pH 감응형 고분자를 혼합하여 경구용 돼지 유행성 설사병 바이러스 백신(PEDV) 입자 상에 pH 7 내지 pH 9에서 이온화되는 pH 감응형 고분자층을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 pH 감응형 고분자층이 형성된 PEDV 입자 및 폴리리신, 폴리히스티딘 및 폴리아르기닌으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 양이온성 고분자를 혼합하여 상기 pH 감응형 고분자층 상에 양이온성 고분자층을 형성하는 단계
를 포함하는 경구용 바이러스 백신 제제의 제조방법.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, pH 감응형 고분자층의 형성은 pH 7 이하에서 수행되는 경구용 바이러스 백신 제제의 제조방법.
