Abstract
(식 중:
- 동일할 수 있거나 또는 상이할 수 있는 기 R1 및 R2 는 서로 독립적으로 1 내지 6 개의 탄소 원자를 포함하는, 선형, 분지형 또는 시클릭, 포화 또는 불포화 탄화수소계 기를 나타내고, 기 R1 및 R2 의 탄소 원자의 합은 2 내지 7 의 범위이며, 기 R1 및 R2 는 또한 이들이 가지는 탄소 원자와 함께, 6-, 7- 또는 8-원 고리를 형성할 수 있는 것으로 이해되고,

Description
Claims (12)
- 화학식 (I) 의 화합물의 제조 방법으로서,
(식 중:
- R1, R2, 및 R1 및 R2 가 부착되는 탄소 원자에 의해 형성되는 기는 2-옥틸 라디칼이고,
- n 은, 한계값을 포함해서, 1 내지 100, 또는 2 내지 100, 또는 3 내지 100, 또는 4 내지 100, 또는 5 내지 100, 또는 6 내지 100, 또는 7 내지 100, 또는 8 내지 100, 또는 9 내지 100, 또는 10 내지 100 의 정수이고,
- A 는 에틸렌 옥사이드, 프로필렌 옥사이드 및 부틸렌 옥사이드 단위, 및 이의 혼합물에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 단위의 서열을 나타낸다)
상기 방법은 하기의 연속적인 단계를 포함하는 화합물의 제조 방법:
(a) 하나 이상의 이금속성 시안화물 유형의 촉매의 존재하에서, 2-옥탄올을 n (n 은 상기에서 정의한 바와 같다) 개의 에틸렌 옥사이드와 반응시키는 단계;
(b) 하나 이상의 이금속성 시안화물 유형의 촉매의 존재하에서, 단계 (a) 로부터 수득된 생성물을 에틸렌 옥사이드, 프로필렌 옥사이드 및 부틸렌 옥사이드, 및 이의 혼합물에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 옥사이드와 반응시키는 단계. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 이금속성 시안화물 유형의 촉매가 아연 헥사시아노코발테이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 이금속성 시안화물 유형의 촉매의 함량이 2-옥탄올의 함량에 대해서, 1 내지 1000 ppm, 또는 2 내지 300 ppm, 또는 5 내지 200 ppm 의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 에틸렌 옥사이드/2-옥탄올 몰비가 2 내지 100, 또는 3 내지 100, 또는 4 내지 100, 또는 5 내지 100, 또는 6 내지 100, 또는 7 내지 100, 또는 8 내지 100, 또는 9 내지 100, 또는 10 내지 100 의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물의 제조 방법.
