Claims (15)
- 용액이나 분산액 상태일 때 멸균 여과기를 통해 통과할 수 있는 응집형이거나 무정형의 응집 형태인, 파필로마바이러스 단백질의 항원성 결정인자를 포함하는 폴리펩티드 또는 폴리펩티드 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2종 이상의 파필로마바이러스 단백질, 예컨대 L2와 다른 단백질이나 E7과 다른 단백질의 항원성 결정인자를 포함하는 것이 특징인, 폴리펩티드 또는 폴리펩티드 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 파필로마바이러스 L2 단백질 중의 1개 이상의 항원성 결정인자와 파필로마바이러스 E1, E2, E4, E6 또는 E7 단백질 중의 1개 이상의 항원성 결정인자를 포함하는 것이 특징인, 폴리펩티드 또는 폴리펩티드 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, HPV의 L2 단백질과 E7 단백질의 항원성 결정인자, 예컨대 L2 단백질과 E7 단백질 각각의 전 서열 중의 50% 이상인 서열 단편, 예컨대 L2와 E7의 전 서열 대부분을 포함하고, 선택적으로 L1 단백질 서열을 더 포함하는 것이 특징인, 폴리펩티드 또는 폴리펩티드 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 항원성 결정인자가 HPV 유형 6, 11, 16, 18의 파필로마바이러스 단백질 유래이거나 인간을 제외한 동물의 파필로마바이러스 유래인 것이 특징인, 폴리펩티드 또는 폴리펩티드 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 변성, 환원 및 재응집된 제조물 형태인 것이 특징인, 폴리펩티드 또는 폴리펩티드 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 재조합 숙주 세포에서 봉입체 형태로 발현된 폴리펩티드를 변성 또는 환원 변성시킨 뒤 재응집시켜 얻을 수 있는 것이 특징인, 폴리펩티드 또는 폴리펩티드 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 응집물 당 분자량이 약 100,000 내지 약 10,000,000 달톤 범위인 것이 특징인, 폴리펩티드 또는 폴리펩티드 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 전자 현미경으로 측정한 직경이 약 4 내지 50 nm 범위, 예컨대 약 10 내지 15 nm인 응집물 입자를 포함하는 것이 특징인, 폴리펩티드 또는 폴리펩티드 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 응집물 당 폴리펩티드 사슬이 2개 내지 200개, 예컨대 5개 내지 50개인 응집물 입자를 포함하는 것이 특징인, 폴리펩티드 또는 폴리펩티드 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, (a) 파필로마바이러스 L2 단백질의 최소한 항원성 결정인자 및 (b) E1, E2, E4, E5, E6, E7 파필로마바이러스 단백질 및 (a)에 기재된 파필로마바이러스와는 다른 유형의 L2 파필로마바이러스 단백질 중에서 선택되는 단백질의 최소한 항원성 결정인자를 포함하거나; 또는 E1, E2, E4, E5, E6 및 E7 파필로마바이러스 단백질들이 예컨대 여러 파필로마바이러스 유형에서 유래된 것인 경우에는 이 단백질들 중에서 선택되는 2종 이상의 파필로마바이러스 단백질 유래의 항원성 결정인자를 포함하는 융합 폴리펩티드를 함유하는 것이 특징인, 폴리펩티드 또는폴리펩티드 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, L2 단백질의 항원성 결정인자와 E1, E2, E4, E6 및 E7 단백질 중 1종 이상의 단백질에서 유래되는 항원성 결정인자를 함유하는 융합 폴리펩티드를 포함하는 것이 특징인, 폴리펩티드 또는 폴리펩티드 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 폴리펩티드와 면역 보조제를 포함하는, 주입 투여용으로 적합한 면역원성 조성물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 보조제가 수산화알루미늄 및/또는 모노포스포릴 지질 A를 포함하는 것이 특징인, 면역원성 조성물.
- 파필로마바이러스 관련 질환의 예방이나 치료용 백신과 같은 면역원으로 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 폴리펩티드 또는 제13항이나 제14항에 기재된 면역원성 조성물의 용도.
