Abstract

본발명은 광물 종류의 일종인 진주암 일명 펄라이트(pullite)를 입도별로 분쇄하여 비중이 2.5인 무게의 입자를 고온에서 발포하여 비중이 0.1-0.5 무게의 기공율을 갖게한 백색의 무기질 스티노폴로서 내열성, 내약품성, 보온, 보냉등의 효과가 있는 것으로서 환경오염의 원인이 되고 있는 합성 수지 스티노폴의 대체품으로서 건축자재, 생활용품, 산업자재등의 성형품의 용도로 성형시 무기질의 특수바인다를 조성 배합하여 성형시 조성물과 그의 제조방법에 목적이 있는것에 그 특징이 있다.
백색의 발포석을 용도별로 입도화 하여 규산나트륨과 규불화소다를 적정 비율로 혼합하여 백색의 발포석을 첨가 성형하여 섭씨 100-200℃의 온도로 최소 2-3시간 열풍처리 한것에 그 특징이 있는 발포석 성형조성물과 그의 제조방법.

Description

발포석의 성형 조성물과 그의 제조방법{AAAAA}
본발명은 광물종류의 일종인 진주암 일명 펄라이트(pullite)를 입도별로 분쇄하여 고온에서 발포한 백색의 발포석을 무기바인다(접착제)를 혼합압출성형 열풍처리하여 성형품을 만드는것에 그목적이 있다.
백색의 발포석을 용도별로 입도를 선택하여 준비한 다음 무기바인다(접착제)의 조성비는 다음의 실시예와 같다.
실시예 1
1). 규산나트륨(물유리)------- 70-85중량 %
2). 규불화소다(Na2SIF6)----- 15-30중량 %
실시예 2
1). 규산나트륨(물유리)------ 60-70중량 %
2). 규불화소다(Na2SIF6)----- 10-15중량 %
3). 에칠인산알루미나 ----- 5-10 중량 %
4). 에칠인산마그네슘 ------ 5-25중량 %
실시예 3
1). 규산나트륨(물유리)----- 70-80중량 %
2). 규불화소다(Na2SIF6)----- 10-15중량 %
3). 침투방수액 ----- 5-20중량 %
실시예 1에 있어서
규산나트륨의 성분은 Na2O --- 10중량%, SIO2--- 30중량%, H2O --- 60중량 %의 성분의 일명 물유리를 85중량 %에 규불화소다(soudimsilicokluoride)를 15중량% 혼합하여 교반기에서 격열하게 분산 교반후 백색의 발포석 중량비에 5-20 중량 % 첨가하여 충분히 교반후 압축성형하여 섭씨 100-200℃의 온도로 1-2시간 열풍처리 하여 성형하여 종료하여 성형품을 얻을수 있었다.
성형품의 경도의 정도를 조절키 위하여 겔상의 무기접착제를 가감 조절하여 경도를 조절 할수 있다.
실시예2 및 3의 경우는 방수성을 갖기위한 실시예3과 경도에 따른 무게의 조절로서 실시예2의 경우를 선택하여 조성할수 있다.
압출성형 열풍 처리는 공히 같은 방법으로 한다.
백색의 발포석을 이용한 종래의 방법은 발포석 자체를 충진제 및 세멘트, 석고, 아스콘등에 배합하여 사용한다든지, 유기 바인다를 사용하고 있는 점을 개선하여 본발명의 무기 바인다를 조성하므로서 불연성을 갖는 압출 성형품의 조성물과 그의 제조방법을 제시 한 것이다.
본발명의 혼합 무기접착제의 특징은 첨가후 열처리를 하므로서 결합력을 발생시켜 그 촉매 작용을 하게 되어 불연성을 갖게 되는 것이다.
본발명은 기존의 백색의 발포석경화 문제점을 해소 하기 위하여 무기 접착제의 원인이 되는 규산나트륨(물유리)가 산성의 상태에서 규불화소다가 규산나트륨의 중량비에 15%정도 첨가 되므로 인하여 섭씨 100-200℃의 열풍을 받을 경우 급격하게 알카리화 과정의 반응에 의하여 결합력을 갖게 되는데 그기술적 의의가 있다고 하겠다.
발명의 구성 및 작용 누락
본발명의 발명의 효과에 있어서는 다음과 같다.
본발명의 성형품을 건축자재로 사용할 경우 단열, 흡음, 보온, 보냉등의 기존의 합성수지 스티노폴의 문제점인 환경오염등의 문제가 전혀 발생하지 않고 화재시 불에 타지 않으며, 무게가 가벼워 하중균열에 문제가 전혀 없으며, 내약품성등 산성 및 알카리에 강하고 폐기시 환경오염을 발생시키지 않는 친환경 제품으로서 그 효과가 뛰어나며, 생활용품, 산업제품에 응용시 기존의 합성수지 스티노풀의 대체품으로서 그특징이 있는 발포석 조성물과 그의 제조방법.

Claims (3)

  1. 백색의 발포석을 성형시 규산나트륨70-85중량%, 규불화소다(Na2SIF6) 15-20중량%, 침투방수액 10중량%,를 혼합하여 조성된 것에 그 특징이 있는 조성물.
  2. 1항에 있어서 에칠인산마그네슘과 에칠인산알루미나를 첨가한 것에 그 특징이 있는 조성물.
  3. 1항에 있어서 섭씨 100-200℃의 온도로 1-3시간 열풍처리 하여 고형화 한것에 그 특징이 있는 제조방법.
