Claims (11)
- 측벽들로 이루어진 수납 공간이 형성된 몰드 프레임;상기 몰드 프레임의 저면에 안착된 반사판;상기 반사판의 상부에 설치되는 도광판;상기 도광판의 일측단부와 이에 대향하는 상기 몰드 프레임의 측벽 사이의 공간에 수납되는 램프 어셈블리;상기 도광판의 상부에 설치되는 복수매의 확산시트들 및상기 램프 어셈블리가 수납된 위치에 각각 대응하는 도광판의 가장자리와 몰드 프레임의 측벽에 걸쳐 커버하며, 상기 도광판을 가압하여 고정하고 상기 몰드 프레임과 분리 가능하게 결합되는 상호 대향하는 한 쌍의 고정 프레임을 포함하는 액정표시장치용 백라이트 어셈블리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 램프 어셈블리는일정한 두께를 가지며, 1차 절곡된 리플렉터 몰드;상기 리플렉터 몰드의 절곡 내측면에 수용되는 램프;상기 램프의 양단부를 고정하기 위해 상기 리플렉터 몰드 양단에 설치되는 램프 홀더;상기 리플렉터 몰드의 절곡 내측면에 부착되는 반사시트 및상기 램프의 일측 전극에 전원을 공급하는 램프와이어를 수용하기 위해 상기리플렉터 몰드의 절곡 외측후면에 길이방향으로 형성되는 램프와이어 수용홈을 포함하는 액정표시장치용 백라이트 어셈블리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고정 프레임은일정한 두께를 가지며, 1차 절곡된 몸체;상기 몸체의 절곡 내측 저면에 길이방향으로 형성되는 소정 높이의 가압 돌기;상기 몸체의 절곡 외측 상부면의 양단부에 각각 형성되어 액정표시패널의 설치를 안내하는 가이드 돌기를 포함하는 액정표시장치용 백라이트 어셈블리.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 고정 프레임의 몸체의 절곡 외측 후면에는 일정간격으로 관통홀들이 형성되고, 상기 관통홀에 대응하는 몰드 프레임의 측벽에는 결합 돌기들이 형성되어 상기 관통홀과 결합 돌기의 후크 결합으로 상기 고정 프레임이 상기 몰드 프레임이 결합되는 액정표시장치용 백라이트 어셈블리.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 몸체의 절곡 저면에서 상기 램프에 대향하는 부분에는 반사시트가 부착되는 액정표시장치용 백라이트 어셈블리.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 리플렉터 몰드의 절곡 외측하부면이 상기 몰드 프레임의 저면에 접촉되고, 상기 접촉 부분에 대응하는 상기 몰드 프레임에는 소정 깊이의 안착홈이 형성되는 액정표시장치용 백라이트 어셈블리.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 리플렉터 몰드의 절곡 외측하부면이 상기 고정 프레임과 대향하고, 상기 절곡 내측 저면에 대향하는 상기 반사판에는 반사시트가 부착되는 액정표시장치용 백라이트 어셈블리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 확산 시트들 중에서 상기 도광판과 직접 접촉하는 확산시트는 다른 확산시트들보다 더 큰 면적을 갖는 액정표시장치용 백라이트 어셈블리.
- 측벽들로 이루어진 수납 공간이 형성된 몰드 프레임과, 상기 몰드 프레임의 저면에 안착된 반사판과, 상기 반사판의 상부에 설치되는 도광판과, 상기 도광판의 일측단부와 이에 대향하는 상기 몰드 프레임의 측벽 사이의 공간에 수납되는 램프 어셈블리와, 상기 도광판의 상부에 설치되는 복수매의 확산시트들 및 상기 램프 어셈블리가 수납된 위치에 각각 대응하는 도광판의 가장자리와 몰드 프레임의 측벽에 걸쳐 커버하며 상기 도광판을 가압하여 고정하고 상기 몰드 프레임과 분리 가능하게 결합되는 상호 대향하는 한 쌍의 고정 프레임을 포함하는 백라이트 어셈블리;대향하는 가장자리가 상기 한 쌍의 고정 프레임의 단부 상에 각각 겹쳐지도록 설치되는 액정표시패널 어셈블리 및상기 액정표시패널 어셈블리와 백라이트 어셈블리를 일체로 고정하는 샤시를포함하는 액정표시장치.
- 내부에 수납 공간이 형성된 몰드 프레임의 저면에 반사판을 안착하는 단계;상기 반사판의 상부에 도광판을 안착하는 단계;상기 도광판의 상부에 적어도 1매 이상의 확산 시트를 안착시키는 단계;상기 도광판의 일측단과 상기 몰드 프레임의 내측면 사이의 공간에 적층형 램프 어셈블리를 삽입하는 단계;상기 도광판의 상면 가장자리와 상기 몰드 프레임의 외측면을 커버하고, 상기 도광판의 상면을 가압하는 고정 플레임을 상기 몰드 프레임과 결합시키는 단계를 포함하는 백라이트 어셈블리의 조립 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 고정 프레임에 형성된 관통홀들과 상기 몰드 프레임에 형성된 결합 돌기들에 의해 상기 고정 프레임과 상기 몰드 프레임이 결합되는 백라이트 어셈블리의 조립 방법.
