Description
Claims (5)
- 기판,상기 기판 상에 형성되고, 각각 게이트, 소스 및 드레인 전극을 갖는 다수개의 박막 트랜지스터,상기 각 스위칭 소자에 신호를 인가하고, 각각 게이트 및 소스 전극과 접촉하는 제 1, 2 배선,상기 드레인 전극과 접촉하는 화소전극을 포함하며,상기 각각의 박막 트랜지스터는 게이트 전극과 소스 및 드레인 전극과의 중첩된 폭이 다른 박막 트랜지스터 어레이 기판.
- 기판,상기 기판 위에 형성되어 있는 다수개의 제 1 배선,다수개의 제 2 배선,상기 각 제 1, 2 배선의 교차점에서 제 1, 2 배선으로부터 신호를 인가 받는 박막 트랜지스터,상기 박막 트랜지스터에서 신호를 인가 받는 화소전극을 포함하고,상기 제 1 배선은 신호를 인가하는 부분과 인접한 A 영역과, A 영역의 반대쪽에 위치하는 C 영역과, 상기 A, C 영역의 중간영역인 B영역으로 구분할 수 있으며, 상기 박막 트랜지스터의 게이트 전극과 드레인 전극의 중첩된 폭은 A, B, C 영역에서 각각 다른 크기를 갖는 박막 트랜지스터 어레이 기판.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 제 1 배선은 게이트 배선인 박막 트랜지스터 어레이 기판.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 중첩된 폭의 크기는 A 영역, C 영역, B 영역 순에 따라 커지는 박막 트랜지스터 어레이 기판.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 화소전극과 평행하게 형성된 공통전극을 더 포함하는 박막 트랜지스터 어레이 기판.
