Claims (5)
- 하기 일반식 (1)로 표시되는 가수 분해성 기 함유 실록산을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 전도성 실리콘 조성물.R1: 탄소 수 1∼4의 알콕시실록시기를 함유하는 기R2: 하기 일반식 (2)로 표시되는 실록산 또는 탄소 수 6∼18의 1가의 탄화 수소기X: 탄소 수 2∼10의 2가의 탄화 수소기a, b: 1 이상의 정수c: 0 이상의 정수a+b+c의 합: 4 이상의 정수R3: 탄소 수 1∼6의 1가의 탄화 수소기 또는 수소 원자로서, 각각의 R3는 동일하거나 서로 다를 수 있다.R4: 탄소 수 1∼12의 1가의 탄화 수소기Y: 메틸기, 비닐기 및 R1으로부터 선택되는 기d: 2∼500의 정수
- 제 1 항에 있어서,가수 분해성 기 함유 실록산을 경화성 작용기를 갖는 베이스 폴리머 100 중량부에 대하여 1 중량부 이상 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,가수 분해성 기 함유 실록산과 경화성 작용기를 갖는 베이스 폴리머의 전체량 100 중량부에 대하여 열 전도성 충전제를 10∼3000 중량부 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,열 전도성 충전제가 알루미나, 산화 마그네슘, 질화 붕소, 질화 알루미늄, 실리카분, 금속 분체, 다이아몬드, 수산화 알루미늄, 카본 및 이들을 표면 처리한 것으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,열 전도성 실리콘 조성물이 부가 반응 경화형인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
