Claims (9)
- 전기 신호를 증폭하기 위한 회로로서,입력 신호를 제공하는 광검출기와;상기 광검출기로부터 입력신호를 수신하고 상기 입력신호를 증폭하여 출력신호를 형성하는 제1증폭기와, 여기서 상기 제1증폭기는 상기 입력신호를 수신하기 위한 활성화 입력부(active input)와 비활성화 입력부(non-active input)를 포함하고;상기 제1증폭기의 활성화 입력부와 비활성화 입력부에 정전압을 인가하여 상기 제1증폭기의 상기 비활성화 입력부에 더미 검출기를 필요하지 않게 하는 제2 증폭기를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 신호 증폭 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2증폭기는 입력 공통 모드 전압을 대체로 일정한 레벨로 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 신호 증폭 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광검출기는 광다이오드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 신호 증폭 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,제2증폭기의 비활성 입력에 기준 전압을 제공하기 위한 기준 전압 Vref를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 신호 증폭 회로.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 제2증폭기는 상기 제1증폭기의 상기 복수의 입력에 정전압이 인가되게 하기 위한 출력 신호를 결정하기 위해, 상기 제1증폭기의 복수의 입력에서 입력 전압을 감지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 신호 증폭 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1증폭기는 트랜스임피던스 증폭기인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 신호 증폭 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1증폭기의 출력은 레이저 기반의 장비에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 신호 증폭 회로.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 레이저 기반의 장비는 컴팩트 디스크(CD) 드라이브인 것을 특징으로 하 는 전기 신호 증폭 회로.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 레이저 기반의 장비는 디지털 다용도 디스크(DVD) 드라이브인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 신호 증폭 회로.
