Claims (30)
- 화학식 (I)의 페노티아지늄 화합물:상기 식에서,A 및 B는 각각 독립적으로,또는 이고, 여기서, Z는 CH2, O, S, SO2, NH, NCH3, NC2H5, NCH2CH2OH 또는 NCOCH3이고, R1 및 R2는 각각 독립적으로, 선형 또는 분지형 CnH2nY(여기서, n은 1 내지 6이고, Y는 H, F, Cl, Br, I, OH, OCH3, OC2H5, OC3H7, CN 또는 OCOCH3이다)이고,Xp-는 상대음이온이고, P는 1, 2 또는 3이나,A와 B 둘 모두가 -N(CH3)2이거나 -N(CH2CH3)2인 화합물은 제외된다.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상대음이온이 Cl-, Br-, I-, F-, N03 -, HSO4 - , CH3CO2 -, 또는 이가음이온인 S04 2- 또는 HP04 2-, 또는 삼가음이온인 PO4 3-로부터 선택되는 화합물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, A와 B가 동일하며, R1과 R2 둘 모두가 n-프로필, n-부틸 또는 n-펜틸인 화합물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미생물에 대해 사용하기 위한 화합물.

- 제 1항 내지 제 3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 표면 및 유체 멸균을 위한 광활성화된 항균제로서 사용하기 위한 화합물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 광화학 내면화 (photochemical internalisation)에 사용하기 위한 화합물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 광검파 및/또는 광진단에 사용하기 위한 화합물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 13항중의 어느 한 항에 따른 화합물과 중합체간에 형성된 컨쥬게이트 또는 복합물.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 중합체가 무수물 및/또는 에스테르 그룹을 포함하는 컨쥬게이트 또는 복합물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 13항중의 어느 한 항에 따른 화합물과 클로로트리아진 유도체간의 반응에 의해 형성된 화합물.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 클로로트리아진 유도체가 클로로트리아진 그룹이 부착된 중합체임을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 희석제 또는 부형제와 제 1항 내지 제 17항중의 어느 한 항에 따른 화합물, 컨쥬게이트 또는 복합물을 포함하는 조성물.
- 치료학적 유효량의 제 1항 내지 제 3항중의 어느 한 항에 따른 화합물을 피검체에 투여하고, 피검체를 광에 노출시켜 화합물을 활성화시키는 것을 포함하여, 전암성 질환, 암, 각막 질환을 포함하는 안 질환, 혈관 질환 예컨대, 심혈관 질환, 동맥경화증, 재협착증, 자가면역 질환 예컨대, 류마티스 관절염, 피부 질환 예컨 대, 건선, 여드름 및 엑세마, 및 기타 양성 질환 예컨대, 자궁내막증 및 월경과다를 치료하기 위한 방법.
- 제 19항에 있어서, 투여된 화합물이, R1 및 R2가 n-프로필인 제 3항에 정의된 바와 같은 화합물이며, 광노출이 약물 투여 시점으로부터 10분 이하 동안 제공되는 방법.
- 제 20항에 있어서, 광노출이 약물 투여 후 1분 동안 제공되는 방법.
- 제 20항에 있어서, 광노출이 약물 투여 시점에만 제공되는 방법.
- 제 19항에 있어서, 투여된 화합물이, R1 및 R2가 n-펜틸인 제 4항에 정의된 바와 같은 화합물이며, 광노출이 약물 투여 시점으로부터 1시간 이하 동안 제공되는 방법.
