Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 잉크젯 헤드 검사 장치(100)의 상세 구성을 나타낸 회로도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 스캔부(104)에서 검출된 연결부(202)의 시간에 따른 전압 변화를 나타낸 그래프이다.
106 : 펄스 입력부 108 : 스위칭부
110 : 제어부 200 : 감쇄기
202 : 연결부 204 : 아날로그-디지털 변환기(ADC)
R : 저항 D : 다이오드
SW1 : 제1스위치 SW2 : 제2스위치

Claims (5)
- 잉크젯 헤드의 압전 액츄에이터와 연결되어 상기 압전 액츄에이터의 캐패시턴스 변화 여부를 측정하는 스캔부;
상기 스캔부에 고전압 펄스를 인가하는 펄스 입력부;
상기 스캔부를 상기 압전 액츄에이터 및 상기 펄스 입력부와 연결하거나 또는 상기 연결을 차단하는 스위칭부; 및
상기 스위칭부를 제어하여 상기 스캔부를 상기 압전 액츄에이터 및 상기 펄스 입력부와 연결하고, 인가된 상기 고전압 펄스에 따른 상기 압전 액츄에이터의 캐패시턴스 변화 여부에 대한 정보를 상기 스캔부로부터 전송받아 상기 압전 액츄에이터의 이상 유무를 판단하는 제어부;
를 포함하는 잉크젯 헤드 검사 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 스캔부는,
입력된 고전압 펄스의 전압을 소정 레벨로 변환하는 감쇄기; 및
일단이 상기 감쇄기의 출력단과 연결되며, 타단이 상기 압전 액츄에이터와 연결되는 저항;
을 포함하는, 잉크젯 헤드 검사 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 스캔부는,
일단이 상기 저항의 타단과 연결되며, 타단이 상기 잉크젯 헤드의 전원부(Vcc)와 연결되는 다이오드를 더 포함하는, 잉크젯 헤드 검사 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 스캔부는, 상기 고전압 펄스에 따른 상기 압전 액츄에이터의 시간에 따른 전압 변화를 측정함으로써 상기 압전 액츄에이터의 캐패시턴스 변화 여부를 측정하는, 잉크젯 헤드 검사 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는, 상기 스캔부로부터 전송된 상기 압전 액츄에이터의 시간에 따른 전압 변화 정보 및 기 저장된 시간별 기준 전압을 비교함으로써 상기 압전 액츄에이터의 이상 유무를 판단하는, 잉크젯 헤드 검사 장치.
