Abstract
(해결 수단) 본 고안은 요업 외벽재를 경량 박강판에 고정시키는 고정구로서, 나사부, 나사부의 상단에는 머리부를 구비하고, 상기 머리부의 하단에는 나사산이 형성된 나합부가 마련되고, 상기 나합부의 하단에는 리머가 형성된 절삭부가 마련되고, 상기 절삭부의 하단에는 나사산이 없는 파일럿부가 마련되고, 상기 파일럿부의 하단에는 끝이 가늘게 형성된 드릴부가 마련되고, 상기 요업 외벽재의 두께(g)가, 상기 나사산이 없는 파일럿부의 길이 치수(e)와 상기 끝이 가늘게 형성된 드릴부의 길이 치수(f)의 합계가, g<e+f의 관계에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정구.

도 2는 본 고안의 실시형태에서 고정구가 경량 박강판에 접촉한 단계의 단면도이다.
도 3은 본 고안의 실시형태에서 고정구의 끝이 가늘게 형성된 드릴부가 경량 박강판을 절삭 중인 단계의 단면도이다.
도 4는 본 고안의 실시형태에서 고정구의 머리부로 요업 외벽재를 관통하여 가압된 단계의 확대 단면도이다.
도 5는 종래의 철골 구조에 리머 장착 드릴 나사로 시공한 금속판의 단면도이다.
도 6은 종래의 철골 구조에 리머 장착 드릴 나사로 시공한 금속판의 단면도에 나사산이 나합된 단면도이다.

Claims (3)
- 요업 외벽재를 경량 박강판에 고정시키는 고정구로서, 나사부, 나사부의 상단에는 머리부를 구비하고, 상기 머리부의 하단에는, 나사산이 형성된 나합부가 마련되고, 상기 나합부의 하단에는, 리머가 형성된 절삭부가 마련되고, 상기 절삭부의 하단에는 나사산이 없는 파일럿부가 마련되고, 상기 파일럿부의 하단에는, 끝이 가늘게 형성된 드릴부가 마련되고, 상기 요업 외벽재의 두께(g)가 상기 나사산이 없는 파일럿부의 길이 치수(e)와 상기 끝이 가늘게 형성된 드릴부의 길이 치수(f)의 합계가, g<e+f의 관계에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 끝이 가늘게 형성된 드릴부의 외경이, 상기 나사산이 형성된 나합부의 외경보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 고정구.
- 제 1 항 및 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 머리부의 외경(a), 상기 절삭부의 외경(b), 상기 나사산이 형성된 나합부의 외경(c), 상기 끝이 가늘게 형성된 드릴부의 외경(d)이, a>b>c>d의 관계에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정구.
