Abstract
상기 기술적 효과는 이후 중합 또는 공중합반응에 사용되는 올레핀 올리고머의 생산 효율을 증가시키는데 있다.

Claims (27)
- 크롬 공급원 화합물, 질소-함유 리간드, 및 알킬알루미늄을 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는, 올레핀 모노머의 (공-)삼량체화 및(또는) (공-)올리고머화 반응을 위한 촉매 시스템의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 촉매 시스템 제조시 알킬알루미늄을 UHF 방사선에 노출시킴을 특징으로 하는 촉매 시스템의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, UHF 방사선의 주파수가 0.2 내지 20 GHz의 범위에서 선택되고, 알킬알루미늄을 UHF 방사선에 0.5 내지 20분간 노출시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 UHF 방사선의 주파수가 약 2.45 GHz임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 질소-함유 리간드가 피롤 고리를 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 질소-함유 리간드가 2,5-디메틸피롤임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 알킬알루미늄이 트리알킬알루미늄임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 트리알킬알루미늄이 트리에틸알루미늄임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 삼량체화 촉매를 제조할 때, 화학식이 RmXn이고 여기서 R은 유기 또는 무기 라디칼이고, X는 불소, 염소, 브롬 또는 요오드이며, n>0 이고, m+n>0인 할라이드 공급원을 추가로 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 R이 알루미늄, 실리콘, 게르마늄, 수소, 붕소, 리튬, 주석, 갈륨, 인듐, 납 또는 이들의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 R이 탄화수소 라디칼 또는 금속-유기 라디칼임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 할라이드가 디에틸알루미늄 클로라이드, 에틸알루미늄 디클로라이드, 또는 무수 염화알루미늄임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 알킬알루미늄을 촉매 혼합물의 나머지 성분들과 혼합시킨 후에 UHF 방사선에 노출시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알킬알루미늄과 할라이드 공급원의 혼합물을 크롬 공급원 및 질소-함유 리간드와 혼합시키기 전에 UHF 방사선에 노출시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 알킬알루미늄을 할라이드, 크롬 공급원 및 질소-함유 리간드와 혼합시키기 전에 UHF 방사선에 노출시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제조된 삼량체화 촉매 시스템이 크롬 공급원 1 몰 당 (원소 크롬을 기준으로 하여 계산): 1 내지 50 몰의 질소-함유 리간드, 1 내지 300 몰의 알킬알루미늄 (원소 알루미늄을 기준으로 하여 계산), 및 사용되는 경우, 1 내지 150 몰의 할라이드 공급원 (원소 할로겐을 기준으로 하여 계산)을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 제조된 촉매 시스템이 크롬 공급원 1 몰 당 (원소 크롬을 기준으로 하여 계산): 1 내지 15 몰의 질소-함유 리간드; 5 내지 100 몰의 알킬알루미늄 (원소 알루미늄을 기준으로 하여 계산), 및 사용되는 경우, 1 내지 20 몰의 할라이드 공급원 (원소 할로겐을 기준으로 하여 계산)을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 시스템의 제조 방법을 산소 및 물이 없는 조건하에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 크롬 공급원 및 질소-함유 리간드를 알킬알루미늄 첨가 전에 혼합함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 크롬 공급원, 질소-함유 리간드, UHF-조사된 알킬알루미늄, 및 선택적으로, 할라이드 공급원을 포함하는, 탄소 원자 2 내지 30개를 포함하는 올레핀 모노머의 (공-)삼량체화 및(또는) (공-)올리고머화 반응을 위한 촉매 시스템.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀 모노머가 탄소 원자를 2 내지 6개 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 촉매 시스템.
- 분자내에 탄소 원자 2 내지 30개와 적어도 하나의 말단 올레핀계 이중결합을 갖는 올레핀 화합물의 (공-)삼량체화 및(또는) (공-)올리고머화 방법에 있어서, 상기 방법은 제19항에 따르는 촉매 시스템 또는 제1항에 따르는 방법으로 제조된 촉매 시스템의 존재하에서의 (공-)삼량체화 및(또는) (공-)올리고머화 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀 화합물이 에틸렌, 1-부텐, 1-헥센 또는 이들의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 올레핀 올리고머의 중합 또는 공중합 방법에 있어서, 올레핀 올리고머가 제21항 또는 제22항에 따르는 방법에 의한 (공-)삼량체화 및(또는) (공-)올리고머화 반응으로 생산되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 올리고머의 중합 또는 공중합 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 삼량체화 반응에서 형성된 올레핀 올리고머 중 하나 이상이 중합반응 전에 삼량체화 반응의 반응 혼합물로부터 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제23항 또는 제24항에 있어서, 탄소 원자를 2 내지 6개 갖는 올레핀 모노머를 상기 올레핀 올리고머와의 공중합반응용으로 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제25항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀 모노머가 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 부텐-1 또는 헥센-1임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 올리펜 올리고머의 중합 또는 공중합반응을 올레핀 모노머의 삼량체화와 동시에 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
