Claims (14)
- (a) 내부 공여체를 함유하는 마그네슘 지지된 티타늄 전촉매(procatalyst);
(b) 유기알루미늄 공촉매; 및
(c) 외부 공여체로서 파라아이소프로폭시 에틸벤조에이트 및 다이사이클로펜틸 다이메톡시 실란의 혼합물
을 포함하는 프로필렌 중합용 촉매 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 전촉매가 2.4 내지 3.4 중량%의 티타늄, 17 내지 18 중량%의 마그네슘, 13 내지 18 중량%의 에틸벤조에이트 및 0.1 내지 0.5 중량%의 에톡시를 포함하는, 촉매 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 내부 공여체가 모노카복실산 에스터인, 촉매시스템. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 모노카복실산 에스터가 에틸 벤조에이트인, 촉매 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 유기알루미늄 공촉매가 트라이에틸 알루미늄인, 촉매 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
파라아이소프로폭시 에틸벤조에이트 대 다이사이클로펜틸다이메톡시 실란의 몰비가 90:10 내지 80:20의 범위, 바람직하게는 90:10인, 촉매 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
외부 공여체에 대한 공촉매의 몰비가 2 내지 6 범위, 바람직하게는 2 내지 4.5 범위인, 촉매 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
전촉매에 대한 공촉매의 몰비가 40 내지 260 범위인, 촉매 시스템. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 촉매를 프로필렌과 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는 프로필렌 중합 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 방법이 슬러리상, 기상 또는 벌크상에서 수행되는, 프로필렌 중합 방법. - 내부 공여체를 함유하는 마그네슘 지지된 티타늄 전촉매, 유기알루미늄 공촉매 및 외부 공여체로서의 파라아이소프로폭시 에틸벤조에이트 및 다이사이클로펜틸 다이메톡시 실란의 혼합물을 포함하는 촉매 시스템의, 프로필렌 중합을 위한 용도.
- 6.0 내지 6.5의 범위의 넓은 분자량 분포 및 1650 Mpa 초과의 휨 모듈러스(flexural modulus)를 갖는 폴리프로필렌.
- 제 12 항에 따른 폴리프로필렌의 사출성형 또는 열성형 제품을 위한 용도.
- 전술된 실시예들을 참조하여 본원에 기술된 바와 같은 프로필렌 중합 방법.
