Claims (5)
- Al: 10wt% 초과 15wt% 이하, Mg: 2wt% 이상 5wt% 미만, 나머지가 Zn 및 기타 불가피 불순물로 이루어지는 용융 도금욕이 냉각되어, 삼원공정조직(Zn/Al/MgZn2) 내에 등축다각형 또는 로드 형태의 초정 MgZn2상이 상분율 10vol%~30vol%로 존재하는 도금층이 강판 표면에 형성된 합금도금강판.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 상분율은 상기 용융 도금욕이 냉각속도 15℃/sec ~ 30℃/sec로 냉각되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 합금도금강판.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
La: 0.01wt%~0.1wt%, Ti: 0.01wt%~0.15wt%, Ca: 0.01wt%~0.1wt%, Nd: 0.01wt%~0.1wt%, Re: 0.01wt%~0.5wt%, Ni: 0.01wt%~0.5wt%, Cr: 0.01wt%~0.5wt% 중 적어도 하나 이상이 추가로 상기 도금층의 조성 성분으로서 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합금도금강판.
- (a) Al: 10wt% 초과 15wt% 이하, Mg: 2wt% 이상 5wt% 미만, 나머지가 Zn 및 기타 불가피 불순물로 이루어지는 도금 조성물을 450℃~550℃로 가열하여, 용융 도금욕을 제조하는 단계;
(b) 상기 (a)단계에서 제조된 용융 도금욕에 강판을 1초~3초 동안 침지하여, 상기 강판의 표면에 도금 부착량 60g/㎡~300g/㎡로 도금층을 형성하는 단계; 및
(c) 상기 (b)단계에서 도금층이 형성된 강판을 냉각속도 15℃/sec ~ 30℃/sec로 상온까지 냉각하여, 상기 도금층의 삼원공정조직(Zn/Al/MgZn2) 내에 등축다각형 또는 로드 형태의 초정 MgZn2상을 상분율 10vol%~30vol%로 형성시키는 단계;를 포함하는 합금도금강판의 제조방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,
