Claims (15)
- 초 고분자량 폴리에틸렌(UHMWPE)을 방적함으로써 수득되는 n개의 필라멘트를 포함하며, 하기 수학식에 따라 cN/dtex로 표현되는 강인성(tenacity; Ten)을 갖는, 멀티필라멘트 얀:
Ten(cN/dtex)=f×n-0.05×dpf-0.15 [수학식 1]
상기 식에서, Ten은 39 cN/dtex 이상이고, n은 25 이상이고, f는 58 이상의 지수이고, dpf는 dtex/필라멘트이다. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 지수 f가 60.0 이상, 바람직하게는 62.0 이상, 더욱 바람직하게는 64.0 이상, 가장 바람직하게는 67.0 이상인, 얀. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 필라멘트의 수 n이 50 이상, 더욱 바람직하게는 100 이상인, 얀. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 dpf가 0.8 이상, 바람직하게는 1 이상, 더욱 바람직하게는 1.1 이상, 가장 바람직하게는 1.2 이상인, 얀. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 얀을 포함하는 로프 및 밧줄(cordage).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 얀을 포함하는, 제품 보강에 적합한 보강 요소(reinforcing element).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 얀을 포함하는 의료 장비.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 얀을 포함하는 복합체 물품.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,
하나 이상의 단층을 포함하는 복합체 물품. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 얀을 포함하는 단일방향성 단층을 복수 개 함유하는 다중-층의 복합체 물품으로서, 이때 각각의 단층에서의 얀의 방향이 인접 단층에서의 얀의 방향에 대해 소정 각도로 회전되어 있는, 복합체 물품.
- 낚시줄 및 낚시망, 접지망, 화물망 및 커튼, 연줄, 치실, 테니스 라켓 줄, 캔버스, 텐트 캔버스, 부직포, 띠, 배터리 분리막, 커패시터, 압력 용기, 호스, 엄블리컬 케이블(umbilical cable), 전기적 및 광학적 섬유, 및 신호 케이블, 자동차 장비, 동력 전달 벨트, 건축 구조 재료, 절단 및 찌름 저항성 및 절개 저항성 물품, 보호 장갑, 복합 스포츠 장비, 스키, 헬멧, 카약, 카누, 자전거 및 보트 선체(hull) 및 스파(spar), 스피커 콘, 고성능 전기 절연제품, 레이돔, 돛 및 토목용 섬유로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 얀을 포함하는 제품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 얀을 포함하는 복수의 시트를 함유하는 패널로서, 이때 각각의 시트가 바람직하게는 2개 이상의 단층, 더욱 바람직하게는 4개 이상의 단층을 포함하는, 패널.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 패널이 경질이고, AK47 FMJ MSC 발사체에 대해 170 이상의 Eabs (J/[kg/m2]), 더욱 바람직하게는 190 이상의 Eabs, 더욱 더 바람직하게는 210 이상의 Eabs, 가장 바람직하게는 230 이상의 Eabs을 갖고; 이때 상기 Eabs는 약 15.5 kg/m2의 패널의 면적 밀도에 대해 결정되는, 패널. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
