- 융점이 260℃ 이하인 폴리아릴렌술피드로 이루어지고, 결정화도가 10% 이상, 30% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 접착용 2축 연신 폴리아릴렌술피드 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 필름의 영률은 2.5㎬ 이상, 3.5㎬ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 접착용 2축 연신 폴리아릴렌술피드 필름. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리아릴렌술피드는 m-페닐렌술피드 단위를 5~15몰% 포함하는 폴리아릴렌술피드인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 접착용 2축 연신 폴리아릴렌술피드 필름. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 필름의 200℃ 파단 신도는 150% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 접착용 2축 연신 폴리아릴렌술피드 필름. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
폴리아릴렌술피드의 융점이 다른 2종 이상의 PPS를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 접착용 2축 연신 폴리아릴렌술피드 필름. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
폴리아릴렌술피드의 용융 점도는 200~10000푸아즈인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 접착용 2축 연신 폴리아릴렌술피드 필름.
