도 1은 초임계 유체가 압출기로 주입되는 압출기의 개략도이며;

Claims (15)
- 동적 가황(dynamically vulcanized) 열가소성 엘라스토머 필름의 형성 방법으로서,
1) 제1 혼합기에서 열가소성 엘라스토머 재료가 동적 가황되도록 하는 조건 하에 엘라스토머와 열가소성 수지를 포함하는 열가소성 엘라스토머 재료 용융물을 형성하는 단계로서, 엘라스토머는 열가소성 수지의 연속 상 내에 소형 입자의 불연속 상을 형성하고, 엘라스토머와 열가소성 수지는 55:45 내지 80:20 범위의 중량비로 존재하는 것인 단계;
2) 제1 혼합기에서 형성되는 열가소성 엘라스토머 재료 용융물을 제2 혼합기로 통과시켜 균일화 열가소성 엘라스토머 재료 용융물을 형성하는 단계; 및
3) 균일화 열가소성 엘라스토머 재료 용융물을 필름 다이(film die)로 통과시켜 열가소성 엘라스토머 재료 필름을 형성하는 단계
를 포함하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 제1 혼합기는 2개 이상의 스크루를 가진 압출기인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 혼합기에서 형성되는 열가소성 엘라스토머 재료 용융물을 약 210℃ 내지 약 300℃의 온도에서 제2 혼합기에 공급하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 혼합기에서 형성되는 열가소성 엘라스토머 재료 용융물을 용융물 기어 펌프를 통해 제2 혼합기에 공급하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 균일화 열가소성 엘라스토머 재료 용융물을 추가 처리하지 않고 필름 다이에 공급하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제2 혼합기는 1개 이상의 스크루를 가진 압출기인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 혼합기에서 형성되는 열가소성 엘라스토머 재료 용융물은 가소제를 함유하며, 상기 방법은 필름 형성 전에 가소제의 양을 감소시키는 것을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 제1 혼합기의 하류에 배치되는 배출구를 통해 열가소성 엘라스토머 재료 용융물로부터 가소제를 감소시키는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용융물 흐름 방향을 따라 제2 혼합기의 약 5% 내지 약 35% 길이의 위치에 배치되는 배출구를 통해 열가소성 엘라스토머 재료 용융물로부터 휘발성 물질을 줄이는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 균일화 열가소성 엘라스토머 재료 용융물을 약 210℃ 내지 약 260℃의 온도에서 필름 다이에 공급하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제2 혼합기를 통과한 열가소성 엘라스토머 재료 용융물은 온도 변화가 약 3℃ 미만인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 엘라스토머는 C4 내지 C12 이소올레핀 단량체로부터 유도되며, 열가소성 수지는 폴리아미드 수지, 폴리에스테르 수지, 폴리니트릴 수지, 폴리메타크릴레이트 수지, 폴리비닐 수지, 셀룰로오스 수지, 불소 수지, 폴리이미드 수지, 폴리술폰, 폴리아세탈, 폴리락톤, 스티렌-말레산 무수물, 방향족 폴리케톤, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 엘라스토머 필름은 두께가 약 30 내지 약 150 ㎛인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 엘라스토머 필름은 크기가 약 0.5 mm보다 큰 입자 또는 겔이 실질적으로 없는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해 제조되는 필름.
