Abstract
본 발명에 의하면, 증발기헤더와 히터헤더가 동일체로 적층된 상태로 고정됨에 따라 설비의 간소화가 가능하므로 기존에 비해 설치가 용이하며, 부피를 줄일 수 있어서 차량의 중량감소에 부합될 수 있다.

Claims (4)
- 차량의 공조기에 설치되어 송풍팬에서 공급된 공기와의 열교환을 통해 냉풍이나 온풍을 제공하는 열교환기로서,
마주보는 형태로 이격 설치되는 한 쌍이 한 조를 이루면서 차량의 냉동사이클에서 공급되는 냉매가 일측부로 유입되고, 유입된 냉매의 순환경로를 제공하면서 열교환이 완료된 냉매를 상기 냉동사이클로 배출하는 증발기헤더;
상기 한 쌍의 증발기헤더를 가로지르는 형태로 소통가능하게 연결되면서 상기 증발기헤더의 길이방향을 따라 등간격으로 연결되고, 상기 증발기헤더의 일측부로 유입된 냉매를 상기 증발기헤더의 타측부를 통해 지그재그형태로 이동시키면서 냉매의 증발열을 통해 공기를 냉각시키는 증발기튜브;
상기 증발기헤더와 동일하게 한 쌍이 한 조를 이루면서 차량 엔진의 냉각수가 일측부로 유입되고, 유입된 냉각수의 순환경로를 제공하면서 열교환이 완료된 냉각수를 배출하는 히터헤더;
상기 한 쌍의 히터헤더를 가로지르는 형태로 소통가능하게 연결되면서 상기 히터헤더의 길이방향을 따라 등간격으로 연결되고, 상기 히터헤더의 일측부로 유입된 냉각수를 상기 히터헤더의 타측부를 통해 지그재그형태로 이동시키면서 냉각수의 열기를 통해 공기를 가열시키며, 상기 증발기튜브와 동일한 간격으로 배열되어 상기 증발기튜브와 나란한 상태를 이루는 히터튜브; 및
상기 히터튜브 및 상기 증발기튜브의 이격공간에 밀착상태로 개재되어 상기 송풍팬에서 공급된 공기를 소통시키면서 상기 히터튜브 또는 상기 증발기튜브의 열을 방열하는 방열핀;을 포함하며,
상기 증발기헤더 및 상기 히터헤더는,
각각의 일측부 및 타측부가 동일한 길이로 형성되면서 서로 동일체로 적층된 상태로 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 공조장치용 증발기 코어와 히터 코어의 일체형 모듈.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 열교환기는,
상기 증발기헤더 및 상기 히터헤더가 수직방향으로 배치되면서 상기 증발기튜브 및 상기 히터튜브가 수평방향으로 배치되고, 상기 증발기튜브 및 상기 히터튜브의 길이가 상기 증발기헤더 및 상기 히터헤더의 길이보다 길게 형성되어 직사각형태를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 공조장치용 증발기 코어와 히터 코어의 일체형 모듈.

상기 열교환기는,
상기 송풍팬의 반대편에서 상기 증발기튜브 또는 상기 히터튜브에 인접상태로 설치되고, 상기 송풍팬의 송풍압력에 의해 상기 송풍팬의 반대편으로 비산하는 응축수를 가로막아서 하부로 안내하는 드레인가이드;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 공조장치용 증발기 코어와 히터 코어의 일체형 모듈.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 드레인가이드는,
상기 증발기튜브 또는 상기 히터튜브의 일측에 수직상태로 설치되고, 복수로 구성되어 등간격으로 설치되면서 이격공간을 통해 상기 방열핀을 통과한 공기의 소통유로를 제공하는 가이드본체; 및
상기 가이드본체의 양측면에 돌출되면서 상기 가이드본체들의 이격공간에 번갈아가며 돌출되고, 상기 이격공간으로 이동하는 냉풍을 교대로 가로막으면서 냉풍에 포함된 응축수를 포집하여 상기 가이드본체의 하부로 낙하시키는 배플판;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 공조장치용 증발기 코어와 히터 코어의 일체형 모듈.
