Claims (5)
- 푸룬과즙의 추출방법에 있어서,
푸룬을 선별하는 단계; 선별한 푸룬을 세척하는 단계; 푸룬을 건조시키는 단계;
건조시킨 푸룬으로부터 과즙을 추출하는 단계; 푸룬과즙을 여과하는 단계;
1차 및 2차 살균하는 단계; 및 포장 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 푸룬과즙의 추출 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기의 건조단계는 종이호일 또는 한랭사기 씌어진 쿨링랙(cooling rack)을 설치하고, 그 윗면에 세척된 푸룬의 잘려진 면이 지면을 향하도록 하고 햇빛이 잘 비치는 곳에 배치한 후 1 ~ 2주일간 건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 푸룬과즙의 추출방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기의 추출단계는 푸룬과 정제수의 중량 비율은 1:7이며, 50 내지 70℃의 온도에서 3 내지 5시간 가열한 후, 20 내지 40℃의 온도에서 2 내지 4시간 냉각시키는 과정을 2회 거친 후 16 Psi 압력하에서 3 ~ 5시간 과즙을 추출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 푸룬과즙의 추출방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기의 추출단계는 푸룬과 정제수의 중량 비율은 1:7이며, 50 내지 70℃의 온도에서 3 내지 5시간 가열한 후, 20 내지 40℃의 온도에서 2 내지 4시간 냉각시키는 과정을 2회 거친 후 16 Psi 압력하에서 초음파 추출기를 통하여 60℃에서 40KH의 초음파로 30분간 추출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 푸룬과즙의 추출방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기의 여과 단계는 100mesh 여과체에 통과시키는 1단계와 200mesh 여과체를 통과시키는 2단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 푸룬과즙의 추출 방법.
