- 도 5는 본 발명에 따른 변형 베어링의 단순화된 종방향 단면도이다.
Claims (10)
- 적어도 하나의 고정된 액시얼 정지부(3, 4)와 자기적으로 상호작용하도록 배열되는 액시얼 베어링 회전 플라이휠(2)을 포함하는 자기 베어링 시스템(1)으로서, 플라이휠(2)의 회전 축(XX')에 대해 실질적으로 반경 방향 평면 내에 놓이는 유동의 방향으로, 플라이휠(2)로 유동을 보내도록 배열되는 냉각 유체 경로(31)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 베어링 시스템.
- 제 2항에 있어서,
유체 유동 안내 부재(7)는 플라이휠(2)을 둘러싸고, 유동 안내 부재는, 실질적으로 플라이휠(2)에 대해 동일한 입사 각도를 따르도록, 유동 안내 부재의 각도 방향으로 분산되며 그리고 각각 플라이휠(20) 근처에서 개방되는, 여러 개의 보어들(20)에 의해 횡단되는 것인, 자기 베어링 시스템. - 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,
보어들(20)은 실질적으로, 플라이휠(2)의 축 방향 폭의 중간에 중심을 두는 것인, 자기 베어링 시스템. - 제 2항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
적어도 하나의 보어 그룹(20a, 20b)이 실질적으로, 플라이휠(2) 및 플라이휠과 연관되는 액시얼 정지부(3, 4) 사이의 공기 틈새(21, 22) 상에 중심을 두는 것인, 자기 베어링 시스템. - 제 5항에 있어서,
플라이휠의 양 측면 상에 개별적으로 배치되는 제1 액시얼 정지부(3) 및 제2 액시얼 정지부(4)와 자기적으로 상호작용하도록 배열되는 플라이휠(2)을 포함하고, 유동 안내 부재(7)는 2개의 보어 그룹(20a, 20b)을 포함하며, 제1 보어 그룹(20a)은 실질적으로 플라이휠(2)과 제1 액시얼 정지부(3) 사이의 공기 틈새(21) 상에 축 방향으로 중심을 두며, 그리고 제2 보어 그룹(20b)은 실질적으로 플라이휠(2)과 제2 액시얼 정지부(4) 사이의 공기 틈새 상에 축 방향으로 중심을 두는 것인, 자기 베어링 시스템. - 제 2항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
플라이휠의 외주 둘레 표면(24)은, 플라이휠의 축 방향(XX')으로 연장되는 돌기들(27) 또는 블레이드들(28)을 갖도록 제공되는 것인, 자기 베어링 시스템. - 고정된 액시얼 정지부에 대항하여 또는 2개의 고정된 액시얼 정지부(3, 4) 사이에서 회전하도록 배열되는, 자기 베어링 회전 플라이휠(2)을 냉각하기 위한 방법으로서, 냉각 유체 유동(31)이, 플라이휠의 회전 축(XX')에 대해 실질적으로 반경 방향의 평면에 놓이는 유동 방향(F)으로 플라이휠(2)을 향해 주입되는 것인, 자기 베어링 회전 플라이휠 냉각 방법.
- 제 8항 또는 제 9항에 있어서,
플라이휠과 액시얼 정지부(3, 4) 사이의 공기 틈새(21, 22) 내에서 유동하는 냉각 유체의 적어도 일부분이, 포획되며 그리고 레이디얼 베어링(12)을 냉각하기 위해 레이디얼 베어링(12)을 통해 보내지는 것인, 자기 베어링 회전 플라이휠 냉각 방법.
