Claims (6)
- 메타크릴산메틸, 연쇄 이동제 및 라디칼 중합 개시제를 반드시 함유하고, 아크릴산알킬에스테르를 임의로 함유하고, 또한 아크릴산알킬에스테르/메타크릴산메틸의 질량비가 0/100 ∼ 20/80 인 원료액을, 조형 반응기에 연속적으로 공급하고, 그 조형 반응기 내에서 중합 전화율 40 ∼ 70 질량% 로 괴상 중합하여 반응 생성물을 얻고, 또한 반응 생성물을 상기 조형 반응기로부터 연속적으로 빼내고,
빼내어진 반응 생성물을 열교환기로 가열하고,
가열된 반응 생성물로부터 휘발분을 제거하고,
액상 첨가물을 필터로 여과하고, 이어서
휘발분의 제거가 실시된 반응 생성물에 여과된 액상 첨가물을 첨가하는 공정을 갖는, (메트)아크릴 수지 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
첨가물 조제조를 불활성 가스에 의해 퍼지하고, 이어서
그 첨가물 조제조에 있어서 적어도 하나의 첨가제를 융해시켜 액상 첨가물을 얻는 공정을 추가로 갖는, (메트)아크릴 수지 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
액상 첨가물을 130 ℃ 이하에서 보관하는 공정을 추가로 갖는, (메트)아크릴 수지 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
반응 생성물로부터의 휘발분의 제거와, 반응 생성물에 대한 여과된 액상 첨가물의 첨가가, 벤트가 형성된 압출기에서 실시되는, (메트)아크릴 수지 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
반응 생성물에 대한 여과된 액상 첨가물의 첨가가, 벤트가 형성된 압출기의 중합체 배출구에 가장 가까운 위치에 있는 프론트 벤트보다 중합체 배출구에 가까운 측의 위치에서 실시되는, (메트)아크릴 수지 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 원료액이, 메타크릴산메틸 및 연쇄 이동제를 반드시 함유하고 또한 아크릴산알킬에스테르를 임의로 함유하는 원료액 (A) 와 라디칼 중합 개시제 및 메타크릴산메틸을 함유하는 원료액 (B) 를 혼합함으로써 조제되는, (메트)아크릴 수지 조성물의 제조 방법.
