Claims (10)
- 금속이 담지된 탄소 지지체; 및
금속이 담지된 탄소 지지체 상에 형성된, 질소가 도핑된 탄소재를 포함하는 보호층 포함하는 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
탄소 지지체는 카본블랙, 케첸블랙, 그래파이트, 카본나노튜브, 카본나노케이지 및 카본 파이버 중 1 종 이상을 포함하는 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
금속은 전이 금속인 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
촉매의 평균 직경은 1 내지 500 ㎛인 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
보호층의 평균 두께는 0.1 내지 5 nm인 촉매.
- 금속이 담지된 탄소 지지체 상에 질소가 도핑된 탄소재를 포함하는 보호층을 형성한 촉매를 제조하는 단계; 및
제조된 촉매를 열처리하는 단계를 포함하는 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,
열처리 온도는 400 내지 700℃인 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 따른 촉매를 포함하는 촉매층이 형성된 연료전지.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,
전극에 수소 100 sccm 및 산소 150 sccm을 공급하며, 온도 75℃, 상대 습도 100% 및 1 atm의 압력 조건 하에서 작동시킬 때,
전류밀도(0.6 V)가 1400 mA/cm2 이상인 연료전지.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,
전극에 질소 150 sccm을 공급하며, 온도 75℃, 상대 습도 100% 하에서, 0.6 내지 1 V 범위에서 포텐셜 스위프법을 통해 10000 사이클을 진행한 후,
화학적 활성 면적의 변화율은 50% 이하인 연료전지.
