Claims (12)
- 금속 재료를 압출하여 성형하며 수직으로 길게 형성되어 수평 단면이 "コ" 자 형상의 요홈 개구를 일측면에 갖는 본체와,
상기 본체의 상기 요홈을 형성하는 내저벽의 상기 횡단면에서 본 중앙부에 장착된 1 또는 복수 개의 LED 유닛과,
상기 본체의 상기 요홈의 개구가 위치하는 상기 일 측면을 제외한 다른 측면의 일부에 장착된 전원 유닛와, 상기 요홈의 상기 개구에 설치되어 상기 LED 유닛의 전방을 덮는 투명 판과, 상기 본체의 상기 요홈의 상기 종방향 상하단을 폐쇄하고, 상기 투명 판과 함께 상기 LED 유닛을 외부 환경과 격리하는 상부덮개와 하부 덮개를 갖고,
상기 본체는 상기 요홈의 상기 내저벽 배면측에 상기 압출 성형으로 형성되어 상기 압출 방향과 평행으로 상하단이 해방되거나 또는 복수의 통기공을 갖고,
상기 LED 유닛이 설치된 상기의 바닥 벽과 상기 통기공 사이에 열용량이 큰 영역을 마련하며,
상기 본체는 상기 통기공의 상기 세로 방향이 상하 방향이 되도록 한 설치 자세로 상기 LED 유닛을 점등함으로써, 상기 LED 유닛으로부터 전도되는 열을 통기공 속을 상승하는 공기류에 의해 탈열하여 굴뚝 효과를 갖도록 하는 구성으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 투광기. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 통기공은 상기 본체의 상기 내저벽의 상기 횡단면에서 본 중앙부와 상기 중앙부의 양측 사이에 설치되고, 상기 요홈의 상기 내저벽의 후면측과 상기 중앙부에 설치된 통기공 사이에 상기 열용량이 큰 영역을 위치시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 투광기.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 중앙부의 통기공의 개구 면적을 상기 중앙부의 양측에 설치된 통기공의 개구 면적과 다르게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 투광기.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 중앙부의 통기공의 개구 면적을 상기 중앙부의 양측에 설치된 통기공의 개구 면적보다 작게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 투광기.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 중앙부의 통기공의 개구 면적을 상기 중앙부의 양측에 설치된 통기공의 개구 면적보다 크게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 투광기.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 중앙부의 통기공의 개구 면적과 상기 중앙부의 양측에 설치된 통기공의 각 개구 면적을 동등하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 투광기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 통기공은 상기 본체의 상기 내저벽의 상기 횡단면에서 본 중앙부에 대하여 상기 가로 방향으로 대칭인 위치에 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 투광기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 통기공 내부에 해당 통기공의 내부를 상승하는 기류에 편류를 제공하는 편류 수단을 구비 한 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 투광기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 본체의 상기 다른 측면에 상기 압출한 방향과 평행한 다수의 방열 핀을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 투광기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 통기공의 상기 횡단면의 형상을, 원형, 타원형, 다각형 또는 부정형 중의 하나 또는 조합 한 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 투광기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 LED 유닛은 다수 LED 칩을 원형 기판 상에 직접 구현하여 칩 - 온 - 보드 방식의 LED 모듈로 한 발광 부와, 상기 원형 기판의 외주에 소경 부를 고정하고 상기 투명 판에 대 경부를 대치시킨 깔때기 모양의 반사체와, 상기 원형 기판을 상기 본체의 상기 요홈을 형성하는 내저벽에 거치 고정하기 위한 절연베이스로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 투광기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 LED 유닛을 복수 개 설치하여 LED 투광기로 한 경우, 상기 복수 개의 LED 유닛 중의 어느 하나 이상의 LED 유닛의 색 온도를 다른 LED 유닛의 색온도와 다르게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 투광기.
