Description
도 1 은 바람직한 실시예에서 본 발명에 따른 전기 파워트레인을 도시한다.
도 2 는 파워트레인의 전기 모터의 회전축에 평행한 축방향에서 전기 파워트레인을 통하여 취해진 단면을 도시한다.
도 3 은 전기 모터의 회전축에 직각인 횡방향에서 전기 파워트레인을 통하여 취해진 다른 단면을 도시한다.

Claims (6)
- 감속기 및 전기 모터의 공기 냉각 회로와 함께, 인접한 케이싱들(CRE, CME) 안에 수용된 전기 모터 및 감속기를 포함하는 전기 파워트레인(GMP)으로서,
상기 냉각 회로는, 감속기의 케이싱(CRE) 안으로의 공기 유입을 위한 개구(OEA), 상기 감속기를 상기 전기 모터로부터 분리하는 케이싱 벽(PCC)에 있는 공기 통과를 위한 개구들(OPA) 및, 상기 전기 모터의 케이싱(CME)에 있는 공기 유출 개구(OSA)를 포함하고,
상기 냉각 회로는 상기 감속기 및 상기 전기 모터에 대한 높이에 배치된 팬(VENT), 상기 팬(VENT)으로부터 상기 감속기를 향하여 채널을 형성하는 상류측 도관(CAM) 및, 상기 전기 모터로부터 지면을 향하는 공기 유출을 위한 하류측 도관(CAV)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 파워트레인. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 팬(VENT)은 상기 감속기의 케이싱(CRE) 위에 배치되거나 또는 상기 전기 모터의 케이싱(CME)의 위에 배치되고, 상기 상류측 도관(CAM)은 75 mm 보다 작은 곡률 반경을 가지지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는, 파워트레인. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 하류측 도관(CAV)은 38 mm 보다 작은 곡률 반경을 가지지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는, 파워트레인. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 상류측 도관(CAM)은, 상기 전기 모터에 대하여 횡방향으로 확대되고 상기 감속기의 케이싱(CRE)으로의 유입부에서 상기 전기 모터의 축방향으로 평탄화되는 단면을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 파워트레인. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 케이싱 벽(PCC)에 있는 상기 공기 통과 개구들(OPA)은, 상기 케이싱 벽(PCC)에 존재하는, 상기 전기 모터의 회전자 샤프트의 지지 베어링(PSA)과 상기 전기 모터의 케이싱의 길이 방향 벽들(PL0) 사이에서 반경 방향으로 연장되고, 상기 케이싱 벽(PCC)상에서 통상적인 방식으로 15 도 내지 25 도의 범위에 걸쳐 각도상으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 파워트레인. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 상류측 도관(CAM)의 하류측 단부 부분은 상기 팬(VENT)의 위치 선정을 용이하게 하기 위하여 벨로우즈(SO)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 파워트레인.
