Description

일회용 모발 염색 기구{A SINGLE-USE HAIR COLORING APPLIANCE}
본 개시내용은 일반적으로 모발 염색 기구, 특히 가정에서 유용한 모발 염색 기구에 관한 것이고, 더욱 구체적으로는 일회용 소모성 제품인 그러한 기구에 관한 것이다.
모발의 염색, 특히 가정에서 사용자에 의한 모발의 염색은 만족스러운 결과를 가져올 수 있지만 또한 성가실 수 있고 일부 경우에는 예측할 수 없거나 또는 만족스럽지 않은 결과를 야기할 수 있다. 모발의 염색은 일반적으로 시간이 걸리고 청소 시간을 요구한다. 전문가에 의하거나 또는 미용실에서 사용될 수도 있는 일반적인 가정 기반 과정은 하나 이상의 용기를 열고 그 내용물을 혼합하여 원하는 염색 배합물(formulation)을 생성하는 사용자 단계를 포함하는, 일련의 특정 단계를 포함한다. 이후, 배합물은 배합물을 모발 영역으로 문지르고 이어서 빗질하는 것을 포함하여, 사용자에 의해 모발로 도포된다. 과정의 완료 후, 도구를 청소하고 버려야 한다.

도 1은 일회용 모발 염색 기구(10)의 일 실시예를 도시한다. 도 1에서, 선택된 색상의 사전 혼합된 모발 염색 배합물이 용기(12)에 연결될 수 있는 저장 부재 또는 혼합 장치(14)에 제공된다.

Claims (17)

  1. 모발 염색 배합물(formulation)의 소스로부터의 모발 염색 배합물을 수용할 수 있는 입구 부재를 갖는 모발 염색 배합물용 용기 조립체 및
    용기에 부착되고 그와 유체 연통(fluid communication)하는 브러시헤드(brushhead)/분배기 부재를 포함하고,
    용기 내의 모발 염색 배합물이 용기를 동작시키는 사용자에 의하거나 또는 용기 상에서 작동하는 펌프에 의해 브러시헤드/분배기로 향하며, 용기 조립체와 브러시헤드/분배기의 조합이 현재 일회용 염색 이벤트를 위해 구조적으로 크기가 맞춰지고 조정되며 또한 일회 사용 후 사용자에 의해 폐기 가능한, 일회용 모발 염색 기구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 용기가 하나의 모발 염색 이벤트를 위해 크기가 맞춰지거나 또는 하나의 모발 염색 이벤트를 완료하기 위해 재충전되도록 조정되는 기구.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 브러시헤드가 그 말단부에 개구부를 갖는 복수의 타인(tine)을 포함하고, 염색 배합물이 작동 중에 타인을 통해 용기 조립체로부터 모발 내로 이동하는 기구.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 타인이 규칙적으로 이격되는 기구.

  10. 제9항에 있어서, 패킷 조립체가 둘 이상의 상이한 염색 배합물 패킷 및 하나의 현색제 재료 패킷을 포함하고, 현색제 재료 및 염색 배합물 재료가 혼합기 조립체로부터 염색 배합물 소스 내로 흐르는 기구.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 염색 배합물 소스가 용기에 내장되고 염색 배합물 소스가 외부 소스로부터 염색 배합물을 수용하기 위한 충전 요소를 포함하는 기구.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 염색 배합물을 용기로부터 브러시헤드/분배기로 이동시키기 위한 모터에 의해 구동되는 펌프를 포함하는 기구.
