도 2는 종래예 및 본 발명예 1, 2의 환원철분의 외관상과 단면상을 나타내는 도면이다.
Claims (7)
- 겉보기 밀도가 1.00∼1.40Mg/㎥인 것을 특징으로 하는 환원철분.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 환원철분 중의 산소량이 0.38mass% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 환원철분. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 환원철분의 비(比)표면적이 0.20㎡/g 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 환원철분. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 환원철분을 제조하는 방법으로서,
레이저 회절법에 의한 측정에 따른 평균 입자경이 3.0㎛ 이하인 원료 산화철분을 괴성화하여 산화 철분으로 하는 공정과,
그 후, 상기 산화철분을 800∼1000℃에서 수소를 이용하여 환원하여 환원철분으로 하는 공정
을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 환원철분의 제조 방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 산화철분의 환원 전에, 상기 산화철분을 분급하여, 상기 산화철분의 레이저 회절법에 의한 측정에 따른 평균 입자경을 50∼200㎛로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 환원철분의 제조 방법. - 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,
상기 산화철분 중의 철분을 68.8mass% 이상으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 환원철분의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 환원철분을 원료로 하는 베어링.
