Claims (2)
- 한 쌍의 전극과 상기 한 쌍의 전극 사이에 배치된 세퍼레이터를 포함하는 구조체를 검사하는 공정을 포함하는 축전 장치의 제조 방법이며,
상기 구조체를 검사하는 공정에서는,
상기 한 쌍의 전극 간에 일정한 검사용 전압을 인가하면서, 상기 검사용 전압의 인가에 수반하는 상기 한 쌍의 전극 간의 전류값을 소정의 간격으로 측정하고,
상기 검사용 전압을 인가한 직후부터 상기 전류값이 일정해질 때까지, 시간 변화량(Δt)에 대한 전류값 변화량(ΔI)의 비(ΔI/Δt)가 0 이상의 값으로부터 음의 값으로 변화하는 점이 2점 이상 관측된 경우, 또는 상기 비(ΔI/Δt)가 0 이상의 값으로부터 음의 값으로 변화하는 점이 관측되지 않는 경우에, 상기 구조체를 불량품으로 판정하는 공정과,
시간 t의 경과에 있어서의 전류값 I의 변화를 나타내는 전류 파형에 있어서, 피크 전류값 Ipeak, 피크 전류 발생 시간 tpeak, 및 전류 면적 SI를 구하고, 상기 피크 전류값 Ipeak, 상기 피크 전류 발생 시간 tpeak, 및 상기 전류 면적 SI 중 어느 하나가, 상한값과 하한값을 갖는 미리 설정된 역치로부터 벗어난 경우에, 상기 구조체를 불량품으로 판정하는 부속 공정
을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 축전 장치의 제조 방법. - 한 쌍의 전극과 상기 한 쌍의 전극 사이에 배치된 세퍼레이터를 포함하는 구조체를 검사하는 검사 장치이며,
상기 한 쌍의 전극 간에 인가하는 일정한 검사용 전압을 발생하는 직류 정전압 발생기, 및 상기 검사용 전압의 인가에 수반하는 상기 한 쌍의 전극 간의 전류값을 검출하는 검출 회로를 포함하는 측정부와,
검출된 상기 전류값에 기초하여, 상기 구조체의 양부를 판정하는 처리부를 구비하고,
상기 처리부는,
상기 검사용 전압을 인가한 직후부터 상기 전류값이 일정해질 때까지, 시간 변화량(Δt)에 대한 전류값 변화량(ΔI)의 비(ΔI/Δt)가 0 이상의 값으로부터 음의 값으로 변화하는 점이 2점 이상 관측된 경우, 또는 상기 비(ΔI/Δt)가 0 이상의 값으로부터 음의 값으로 변화하는 점이 관측되지 않는 경우에, 상기 구조체를 불량품으로 판정하는 기능과,
시간 t의 경과에 있어서의 전류값 I의 변화를 나타내는 전류 파형에 있어서, 피크 전류값 Ipeak, 피크 전류 발생 시간 tpeak, 및 전류 면적 SI를 구하고, 상기 피크 전류값 Ipeak, 상기 피크 전류 발생 시간 tpeak, 및 상기 전류 면적 SI 중 어느 하나가, 상한값과 하한값을 갖는 미리 설정된 역치로부터 벗어난 경우에, 상기 구조체를 불량품으로 판정하는 부속 기능
을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 검사 장치.
