Claims (7)
상기 액층은, 블로우 온도보다 높은 비점을 갖고 있는 액체에 의해 형성되어 있는 블로우 성형용기.
최내층을 형성하는 수지상(上)에 있어서의 상기 액체의 접촉각(θ*)이 40도 이하인 블로우 성형용기.
상기 액층을 형성하는 액체의 점도가, 1 내지 1000mPa·s(23℃)인 블로우 성형용기.
상기 액층은, 블로우 성형부분의 내면 전체에 걸쳐, 하기 식 (1)로 표시되는 피복률(F)이 0.35 이상이 되도록 형성되어 있는 블로우 성형용기:
F=(cosθ-cosθB)/(cosθA-cosθB) (1)
식 중,
θ는 용기 내면에서의 수(水)접촉각이고,
θA는 상기 액층상(上)에서의 수접촉각이며,
θB는 액층이 형성되어 있지 않은 용기면에서의 수접촉각이다.
마우스부가 닫혀진 상태로 일체 성형되고 또한 상기 액층이 내면에 형성되어 있는 블로우 성형용기.
상기 액층은, 블로우 성형부분의 내면 전체에 걸쳐, 하기 식 (1)로 표시되는 피복률(F)이 0.35 이상이 되도록 형성되고,
마우스부가 닫혀진 상태로 일체 성형되며 또한 상기 액층이 내면에 형성되어 있는 블로우 성형용기:

식 중,
θ는 용기 내면에서의 수접촉각이고,
θA는 상기 액층상에서의 수접촉각이며,
