Claims (10)
- 을 와 반응시켜 를 형성하는 것을 포함하는 방법으로서, 상기 식 중,
S는 중성 리간드이고;
X는 카운터 이온이며;
A 및 B는 각각 독립적으로 5원 또는 6원 방향족 또는 헤테로방향족 고리이고, A-B는 고리 A 상의 질소 원자 및 고리 B 상의 sp2 혼성화 탄소 원자를 통해 이리듐에 배위 결합된 방향족 또는 헤테로방향족 고리의 결합쌍을 나타내며;
C 및 D는 각각 독립적으로 5원 또는 6원 방향족 또는 헤테로방향족 고리이고, C-D는 고리 C 상의 질소 고리 원자 및 고리 D 상의 sp2 혼성화 탄소 원자를 통해 이리듐에 배위 결합된 방향족 또는 헤테로방향족 고리의 결합쌍을 나타내며;
RA, RB, RC 및 RD는 각각 독립적으로 비치환, 알킬, 헤테로알킬, 아릴 또는 헤테로아릴 기로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되고;
RA, RB, RC 및 RD 각각은 1 이상의 치환기를 나타내며;
R은 알킬, 헤테로알킬 또는 퍼플루오로알킬 기이고, 상기 2개의 R은 임의로 결합하여 고리를 형성하는 것인 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 X는 트리플레이트, 토실레이트, 트리플루오로아세테이트, 테트라플루오로보레이트 및 헥사플루오로포스페이트로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 RA, RB, RC 및 RD는 벤젠, 피리미딘, 피리딘, 티오펜, 티아나프텐, 불소, 카르바졸 및 디벤조티오펜으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
