- 5~60mM의 나트륨 이온 및 0.5~8mM의 마그네슘 이온의 존재 하에서, β-갈락토시다아제를 기질과 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 갈락토올리고당의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
마그네슘 이온의 농도가 1.5~8mM인 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
β-갈락토시다아제가 클루이베로마이세스속에 속하는 미생물 유래의 것인 제조 방법.
