Claims (24)
- 지르코니아 블랭크의 제조 방법으로서,
(a) 액체 매질 중 지르코니아 현탁액을 기공을 갖는 몰드에 도입하고,
(b) 액체 매질을 기공을 통해 적어도 부분적으로 제거하며,
(c) 형성된 블랭크를 몰드로부터 제거하고,
상기 현탁액은 지르코니아 함량이 68 내지 88 중량%, 특히 70 내지 86 중량%, 바람직하게는 75 내지 85 중량%인, 지르코니아 블랭크의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 현탁액 중의 지르코니아는 입자의 부피에 대하여 d50 값으로서 측정하여 50 내지 250 nm, 특히 60 내지 250 nm, 바람직하게는 80 내지 250 nm의 입자 크기를 갖는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 현탁액 중의 지르코니아는 일차 입자 크기가 30 내지 100 nm인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지르코니아는 Y2O3, La2O3, CeO2, MgO 및/또는 CaO로 안정화되고, 특히 지르코니아 함량에 대하여 2 내지 14 몰%, 바람직하게는 2 내지 10 몰%, 특히 바람직하게는 2 내지 8 몰%의 이들 산화물로 안정화되는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액체 매질이 물을 포함하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액체 매질이 유기 성분을 현탁액 중 고체의 양에 대해 5 중량% 이하, 특히 3 중량% 이하, 바람직하게는 2 중량% 이하, 특히 바람직하게는 1 중량% 이하의 양으로 포함하거나, 또는 현탁액 중 고체의 양에 대해 0.05 내지 5 중량%, 특히 0.1 내지 3 중량%, 바람직하게는 0.1 내지 2 중량%, 특히 바람직하게는 0.1 내지 1 중량%의 양으로 포함하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액체 매질이 아미노 알콜, 글리콜, 카르복실산 및 카르복실산 염으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물, 바람직하게는 에탄올아민, 에틸렌 글리콜, 디프로필렌 글리콜, 시트르산 및 시트르산 염으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물을 포함하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 현탁액이 0.1 내지 1000 s-1의 전단 속도 및 25℃의 온도에서 측정하여 5 내지 500 mPas, 특히 5 내지 400 mPas, 바람직하게는 5 내지 300 mPas의 점도를 갖는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 현탁액이 상이한 조성 및 특히 상이한 색 및/또는 반투명도를 갖는 지르코니아 분말의 혼합물을 포함하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 (a)에서 상이한 조성 및 특히 상이한 색 및/또는 반투명도를 갖는 지르코니아 분말의 현탁액을 차례로 몰드에 도입하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 블랭크는 블록, 계면을 갖는 블록, 디스크 또는 치아형 프리폼인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 (c)에서 형성된 블랭크는, 특히 블랭크와 단일 부재로 형성된 유지 장치를 갖는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 (c)에서 형성된 블랭크는 건조되고, 특히 20 내지 60℃, 바람직하게는 20 내지 50℃, 특히 바람직하게는 20 내지 40℃의 온도에서 건조되는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 블랭크는
3.3 내지 4.0 g/cm3, 특히 3.35 내지 3.9 g/cm3, 바람직하게는 3.4 내지 3.9 g/cm3의 밀도
및/또는
0.08 내지 0.14 cm3/g, 특히 0.08 내지 0.12 cm3/g, 바람직하게는 0.08 내지 0.10 cm3/g의 기공 부피
및/또는
입자의 부피에 대한 D50 값으로서 측정하여 0.02 내지 0.12 μm, 특히 0.03 내지 0.10 μm, 바람직하게는 0.04 내지 0.08 μm의 기공 직경
을 갖는 것인 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 블랭크가 예비 소결되고, 특히 600 내지 1100℃, 바람직하게는 700 내지 1050℃, 특히 바람직하게는 800 내지 1000℃ 범위의 온도에서 예비 소결되는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 예비 소결된 블랭크는
3.4 내지 4.0 g/cm3, 특히 3.5 내지 4.0 g/cm3, 바람직하게는 3.6 내지 3.9 g/cm3의 밀도
및/또는
0.08 내지 0.14 cm3/g, 특히 0.08 내지 0.12 cm3/g, 바람직하게는 0.09 내지 0.11 cm3/g의 기공 부피
및/또는
0.15 μm 미만, 특히 0.12 μm 미만, 바람직하게는 0.08 μm 미만의 최대 기공 직경
을 갖는 것인 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 얻을 수 있는 지르코니아 블랭크.
- 예비 소결되고,
3.4 내지 4.0 g/cm3, 특히 3.5 내지 4.0 g/cm3, 바람직하게는 3.6 내지 3.9 g/cm3의 밀도
및/또는
0.08 내지 0.14 cm3/g, 특히 0.08 내지 0.12 cm3/g, 바람직하게는 0.09 내지 0.11 cm3/g의 기공 부피
및/또는
0.15 μm 미만, 특히 0.12 μm 미만, 바람직하게는 0.08 μm 미만의 최대 기공 직경
을 갖는 지르코니아 블랭크. - 제17항 또는 제18항에 있어서, 18% 미만, 특히 17% 미만, 바람직하게는 16% 미만의 선형 수축률을 갖는 지르코니아 블랭크.
- 치과용 수복물의 제조를 위한, 제17항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 블랭크의 용도.
- 제17항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 블랭크에 치과용 수복물의 형상을 부여하고, 블랭크를 1200 내지 1600℃, 특히 1300 내지 1550℃, 바람직하게는 1350 내지 1500℃의 소결 온도에서 치밀하게 소결하는 것인 치과용 수복물의 제조 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 블랭크를 실온으로부터 소결 온도로 가열하고, 소결 온도에서 유지하며 최종 온도로 냉각하는 기간이 120분 이하, 특히 60분 이하, 바람직하게는 40분 이하, 특히 바람직하게는 30분 이하인 제조 방법.
- 제21항 또는 제22항에 있어서, 상기 블랭크가
(a) 1차 열처리되고,
(b) 2차 열처리되며,
(c) 냉각되고,
여기서 단계 (a)에서의 열처리는 단계 (b)에서의 열처리보다 낮은 압력에서 수행되는 것인 제조 방법. - 제21항 내지 제23항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 치과용 수복물이 브릿지, 인레이, 온레이, 크라운, 임플란트, 비니어, 패싯 또는 지대주인 제조 방법.
