Abstract
배합 성분으로서, 열가소성 수지와, 항균성 유리를 포함하는 항균성 섬유로서, 항균성 섬유의 평균 직경을 1∼50㎛의 범위 내의 값으로 하고, 항균성 섬유가, 코어부와 시쓰부를 구비하고 있으며, 코어부에 있어서의 항균성 유리의 함유량을, 항균성 섬유의 전체량에 대하여, Q1(중량%)로 함과 함께, 시쓰부에 있어서의 항균성 유리의 함유량을, 항균성 섬유의 전체량에 대하여, Q2(중량%)로 했을 때에, Q1 및 Q2가 하기 관계식(1)을 만족한다.

Claims (8)
- 배합 성분으로서, 열가소성 수지와, 항균성 유리를 포함하는 항균성 섬유로서, 상기 항균성 섬유의 평균 직경을 1∼50㎛의 범위 내의 값으로 하고, 상기 항균성 섬유가, 코어부와 시쓰(sheath)부를 구비하고 있으며, 상기 코어부에 있어서의 상기 항균성 유리의 함유량을, 상기 항균성 섬유의 전체량에 대하여, Q1(중량%)로 함과 함께, 상기 시쓰부에 있어서의 상기 항균성 유리의 함유량을, 상기 항균성 섬유의 전체량에 대하여, Q2(중량%)로 했을 때에, 상기 Q1 및 Q2가 하기 관계식(1)을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항균성 섬유.
Q1<Q2 (1) - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 Q1이, 0 또는 1중량% 미만(단, 0중량%를 제외함)인 것을 특징으로 하는 항균성 섬유. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 Q2가, 1∼10중량%의 범위 내의 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 항균성 섬유. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
배합 성분으로서, 응집 실리카 입자를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항균성 섬유. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 항균성 유리의 체적 평균 입자경을 0.1∼5㎛의 범위 내의 값으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항균성 섬유. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 수지가, 폴리에스테르 수지, 폴리아미드 수지 및 폴리올레핀 수지 중 어느 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 항균성 섬유. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 항균성 섬유의 형태가, 직포, 부직포 및 펠트 중 어느 1개인 것을 특징으로 하는 항균성 섬유. - 코어부와 시쓰부를 구비하고 있으며, 배합 성분으로서, 열가소성 수지와, 항균성 유리를 포함하는 항균성 섬유의 제조 방법에 있어서, 하기 공정(1)∼(3)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항균성 섬유의 제조 방법.
(1) 항균성 유리를 준비하는 공정
(2) 상기 코어부에 있어서의 상기 항균성 유리의 함유량을, 상기 항균성 섬유의 전체량에 대하여, Q1(중량%)로 함과 함께,
상기 시쓰부에 있어서의 상기 항균성 유리의 함유량을, 상기 항균성 섬유의 전체량에 대하여, Q2(중량%)로 했을 때에,
상기 Q1 및 Q2가 하기 관계식(1)을 만족하도록, 얻어진 상기 항균성 유리를, 열가소성 수지 중에 분산시켜, 코어부용 방사(紡絲) 원액 및 시쓰부용 방사 원액을 준비하는 공정

(3) 심초 복합 방사 구금(口金)을 사용하여, 상기 코어부용 방사 원액을 심부(芯部), 상기 시쓰부용 방사 원액을 초부(sheath portion)로서 복합 방사하여, 평균 직경이 1∼50㎛인 항균성 섬유로 하는 공정
