Description
도 1b 및 도 1c는 도 1a에서 나타낸 전극으로부터 리튬 박리한 후 리튬을 다시 피복하는 과정을 나타낸 개략도이다.
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 리튬 이차전지를 개략적으로 나타낸 단면도이다.

- 리튬 매트릭스, 및 이의 내부에 분산되고 표면에 리튬합금을 함유하는 입자들을 구비하는 음극;
상기 음극 상에 배치된 양극; 및
상기 음극과 상기 양극 사이에 위치하는 전해질을 구비하는 리튬 이차전지. - 청구항 1에 있어서,

상기 입자는 리튬 친화성 금속 코어와 리튬 합금 쉘의 코어-쉘 구조를 갖는 전극. - 리튬 용융액 내에 리튬 친화성 금속 입자들을 넣고 혼합하여 용융 리튬 내에 리튬 친화성 금속 입자들이 분산된 분산액을 얻는 단계; 및
상기 분산액을 성막 또는 성형한 후 냉각하여 전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 전극 제조방법. - 청구항 11에 있어서,
상기 리튬 친화성 금속 입자들은 수백 nm 내지 수 ㎛의 크기를 갖는 전극 제조방법. - 청구항 11에 있어서,
상기 리튬 용융액 혹은 상기 분산액의 온도는 상기 리튬의 녹는점 이상 상기 리튬 친화성 금속의 녹는점 미만인 전극 제조방법. - 청구항 11에 있어서,
상기 전극은 리튬 매트릭스, 및 이의 내부에 분산되고 표면에 리튬합금을 함유하는 입자들을 구비하는 전극 제조방법.
