Abstract
PIR/PUR 물질은 PIR/PUR 포함 물질의 총 중량을 기준으로 적어도 0.2 중량%의, < 160 g/mol의 수 평균 당량 중량 및 적어도 1개의 비-중합 에틸렌성 불포화 모이어티를 갖는 화합물 및 경우에 따라 PIR/PUR 포함 물질의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.01 중량% 내지 1 중량%의 1종 이상의 라디칼 개시제 화합물을 포함한다.

Claims (16)
- - < 160 g/mol, 바람직하게는 < 120 g/mol의 수 평균 당량 중량을 갖고, 적어도 1개의 비-중합 에틸렌성 불포화 모이어티를 갖는, 폴리이소시아누레이트 및/또는 폴리우레탄(PIR/PUR) 포함 물질의 총 중량을 기준으로 적어도 0.2 중량%의 에틸렌성 불포화 화합물, 및
- 경우에 따라 PIR/PUR 포함 물질의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.01 중량% 내지 1 중량%의 1종 이상의 라디칼 개시제 화합물
을 포함하고,
적어도 1개의 비-중합 에틸렌성 불포화 모이어티를 갖는 화합물은, 적어도 1개의 에틸렌성 불포화 모이어티를 갖고 PIR/PUR 포함 물질의 제조 공정 동안 달성되는 최대 반응 온도(T반응)보다 2 ℃ 내지 40 ℃ 더 낮은, 라디칼 개시제의 존재 또는 부재 하의 라디칼 중합을 위한 개시 온도(T개시)를 갖는 화합물로부터 선택되거나 유래하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
화염 노출 전의 PIR/PUR 물질의 총 중량에 대해 계산된 화염 노출 후의 PIR/PUR 물질의 중량 백분율 질량 손실로서 측정되고, 클라인브레너 시험을 사용하여 ISO 11925-2에 따라 적어도 개선된 난연성을 갖는 PIR/PUR 포함 물질. - 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 1개의 비-중합 에틸렌성 불포화 모이어티를 갖는 화합물은, 적어도 1개의 에틸렌성 불포화 모이어티를 갖고 PIR/PUR 포함 물질의 제조 공정 동안 달성되는 최대 반응 온도(T반응)보다 바람직하게는 5 ℃ 내지 30 ℃, 보다 바람직하게는 5 ℃ 내지 15 ℃ 더 낮은, 라디칼 개시제의 존재 또는 부재 하의 라디칼 중합을 위한 개시 온도(T개시)를 갖는 화합물로부터 선택되거나 유래하는 것인, PIR/PUR 포함 물질.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, PIR/PUR 포함 물질 중의 적어도 1개의 비-중합 에틸렌성 불포화 모이어티를 갖는 화합물 및 적어도 1개의 에틸렌성 불포화 모이어티를 갖는 화합물로부터 유래하는 화합물의 총량은 PIR/PUR 포함 물질의 총 중량을 기준으로 2 중량% 내지 30 중량% 범위, 바람직하게는 2 중량% 내지 20 중량% 범위, 보다 바람직하게는 2 중량% 내지 15 중량% 범위인, PIR/PUR 포함 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 1개의 비-중합 에틸렌성 불포화 모이어티를 갖는 화합물의 양은 PIR/PUR 포함 물질의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.2 중량% 내지 27 중량%, 바람직하게는 0.4 중량% 내지 24 중량%, 보다 바람직하게는 0.6 중량% 내지 21 중량% 범위인, PIR/PUR 포함 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 1개의 비-중합 에틸렌성 불포화 모이어티를 갖는 화합물은 아크릴레이트, 메타크릴레이트, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 알릴 알코올 및/또는 말레산 및 그의 유도체 또는 혼합물로부터 선택되고, 바람직하게는 단량체성 화합물로부터 선택되는 것인, PIR/PUR 포함 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 1개의 비-중합 에틸렌성 불포화 모이어티를 갖는 화합물은 적어도 1개의 에틸렌성 비-중합 불포화 모이어티, 바람직하게는 2 내지 8개의 비-중합 에틸렌성 불포화 모이어티를 포함하는 것인, PIR/PUR 포함 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 1개의 비-중합 에틸렌성 불포화 모이어티를 갖는 화합물은 펜타에리트리톨 트리-아크릴레이트(PETA), 펜타에리트리톨 테트라-아크릴레이트(PETRA), 에틸렌 글리콜 디아크릴레이트(EGDA), 히드록시에틸 아크릴레이트(HEA), 디에틸렌 글리콜 디아크릴레이트(DEGDA), 히드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트(HEMA), 에틸렌 글리콜 디메타크릴레이트(EGDMA) 및 디에틸렌 글리콜 디메타크릴레이트(DEGDMA)로부터 선택되거나 유래하는 것인, PIR/PUR 포함 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 1개의 비-중합 에틸렌성 불포화 모이어티를 갖는 화합물 및/또는 적어도 1개의 에틸렌성 불포화 모이어티를 갖는 화합물로부터 유래하는 화합물은 적어도 1개의 이소시아네이트 반응성 모이어티를 포함하는 화합물로부터 유래하는 것인, PIR/PUR 포함 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 1개의 비-중합 에틸렌성 불포화 모이어티를 갖는 화합물은 대기압 하에서 150 ℃ 초과, 바람직하게는 200 ℃ 초과의 비점을 갖는 것인, PIR/PUR 포함 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 라디칼 개시제는 퍼옥시드 화합물로부터, 바람직하게는 퍼옥시드 및 히드로퍼옥시드 화합물로부터 선택되는 것인, 보다 바람직하게는 벤조일 퍼옥시드, tert-부틸 퍼옥시드, tert-부틸 히드로퍼옥시드 및/또는 t-부틸 퍼옥시벤조에이트로부터 선택되는 것인, PIR/PUR 포함 물질.
- 하기 성분을 적어도 조합하고 혼합하여 하기:
- 1종 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물을 포함하는 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물; 및
- 1종 이상의 이소시아네이트-반응성 화합물을 포함하는 이소시아네이트-반응성 조성물; 및
- 삼량체화(PIR) 촉매 및/또는 폴리우레탄(PUR) 형성 촉매로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 촉매 화합물, 및
- 적어도 1개의 에틸렌성 불포화 모이어티를 갖고, < 160 g/mol, 바람직하게는 < 120 g/mol의 수 평균 당량 중량을 갖는 적어도 1종의 화합물, 및
- 경우에 따라 1종 이상의 라디칼 개시제 화합물, 및
- 경우에 따라 발포제; 및
- 경우에 따라 1종 이상의 계면활성제, 1종 이상의 난연제, 1종 이상의 항산화제 또는 그의 조합
을 포함하고,
적어도 1개의 에틸렌성 불포화 모이어티를 갖는 화합물의 양은 폴리이소시아누레이트 및/또는 폴리우레탄(PIR/PUR) 포함 물질을 제조하는데 사용되는 모든 성분의 총 중량을 기준으로 적어도 2 중량%이고, 에틸렌성 불포화 화합물 및 라디칼 개시제(존재하는 경우)의 조합의 라디칼 중합을 위한 개시 온도(T개시)가 PIR/PUR 포함 물질의 제조 공정 동안 달성되는 최대 반응 온도(반응 발열(T반응))보다 2 ℃ 내지 40 ℃ 더 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는,
PIR/PUR 포함 물질을 형성하는 것을 포함하는, PIR/PUR 포함 물질의 화염, 연기 및/또는 독성(FST) 지연성을 개선시키기 위한, 방법. - 제11항에 있어서, 에틸렌성 불포화 화합물 및 라디칼 개시제(존재하는 경우)의 조합의 라디칼 중합을 위한 개시 온도(T개시)가 PIR/PUR 물질의 제조 공정 동안 달성되는 최대 반응 온도(반응 발열(T반응))보다 5 ℃ 내지 30 ℃, 보다 바람직하게는 5 ℃ 내지 15 ℃ 더 낮은 것인, 방법.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 적어도 1개의 에틸렌성 불포화 모이어티를 갖는 화합물의 양은 PIR/PUR 포함 물질을 제조하는데 사용되는 모든 성분의 총 중량을 기준으로 2 중량% 내지 30 중량% 범위, 바람직하게는 2 중량% 내지 20 중량% 범위, 보다 바람직하게는 2 중량% 내지 15 중량% 범위인, 방법.
- 제11항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, PIR/PUR 포함 물질은 폴리이소시아누레이트(PIR) 포함 물질, 바람직하게는 폴리이소시아누레이트(PIR) 포함 경질 발포체이고, PIR 포함 물질을 형성하기 위한 방법은 180 이상의 이소시아네이트 지수, 보다 바람직하게는 250 초과의 이소시아네이트 지수에서 수행되고, 촉매 화합물은 적어도 1종의 삼량체화 촉매로부터 선택되는 것인, 방법.
- 제11항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, PIR/PUR 포함 물질은 폴리우레탄(PUR) 포함 물질, 바람직하게는 발포체의 총 부피를 기준으로 50 중량% 미만의 연속 기포 함량을 갖는 폴리우레탄(PUR) 포함 발포체이고, PUR 포함 물질을 형성하기 위한 방법은 80-180 범위의 이소시아네이트 지수, 보다 바람직하게는 90-150 범위의 이소시아네이트 지수에서 수행되고, 촉매 화합물은 적어도 1종의 폴리우레탄 촉매로부터 선택되는 것인, 방법.
- 단열, 방음 및/또는 구조용 패널을 위한 제11항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 PIR/PUR 포함 물질의 용도.
