- 하기 식 (1) 의 화합물.
식 중 사용된 기호들은 다음과 같다:
X 는 각각의 경우 동일하거나 상이하고 CR 또는 N 이고, 하기 식 (2) 의 기인 2 개의 인접한 X 기 중 적어도 하나의 경우가 있고, 다른 기호 X는 각각의 경우 동일하거나 상이하고 CR 또는 N 이다:

Y, Y1 은 각각의 경우 동일하거나 상이하고, NR, NAr, CR2, SiR2, BAr, C=O, O 또는 S 이다;
Q 는 각각의 경우 동일하거나 상이하고, N 또는 CR 이다;
Ar 은 각각의 경우 동일하거나 상이하고, 5 내지 60 개의 방향족 고리 원자를 갖고 각 경우에 하나 이상의 R 라디칼로 치환될 수도 있는 방향족 또는 헤테로방향족 고리 시스템이다;
R 은 각각의 경우 동일하거나 상이하고, H, D, F, Cl, Br, I, B(OR1)2, CHO, C(=O)R1, CR1=C(R1)2, CN, C(=O)OR1, C(=O)N(R1)2, Si(R1)3, N(R1)2, NO2, P(=O)(R1)2, OSO2R1, OR1, S(=O)R1, S(=O)2R1, SR1, 1 내지 20 개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 직쇄 알킬 기 또는 2 내지 20개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알케닐 또는 알키닐 기 또는 3 내지 20 개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 분지형 또는 환형 알킬 기 (상기 알킬, 알케닐 또는 알키닐 기는 각 경우에 하나 이상의 R1 라디칼로 치환될 수도 있고 하나 이상의 비인접 CH2 기는 -R1C=CR1-, -C≡C-, Si(R1)2, C=O, C=S, C=NR1, -C(=O)O-, -C(=O)NR1-, NR1, P(=O)(R1), -O-, -S-, SO 또는 SO2 로 대체될 수도 있음), 또는 5 내지 60개 방향족 고리 원자, 바람직하게는 5 내지 40 개의 방향족 고리 원자를 갖고, 각 경우에 하나 이상의 R1 라디칼로 치환될 수도 있는 방향족 또는 헤테로방향족 고리 시스템이고, 여기서 둘 이상의 R 라디칼은 서로 연결될 수도 있고 고리를 형성할 수도 있다;
R1 은 각각의 경우 동일하거나 상이하고, H, D, F, Cl, Br, I, B(OR2)2, CHO, C(=O)R2, CR2=C(R2)2, CN, C(=O)OR2, C(=O)N(R2)2, Si(R2)3, N(R2)2, NO2, P(=O)(R2)2, OSO2R2, OR2, S(=O)R2, S(=O)2R2, 1 내지 20 개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 직쇄 알킬 기 또는 2 내지 20개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알케닐 또는 알키닐 기 또는 3 내지 20 개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 분지형 또는 환형 알킬 기 (상기 알킬, 알케닐 또는 알키닐 기는 각 경우에 하나 이상의 R2 라디칼로 치환될 수도 있고 위에 언급된 기에서 하나 이상의 CH2 기는 -R2C=CR2-, -C≡C-, Si(R2)2, C=O, C=S, C=NR2, -C(=O)O-, -C(=O)NR2-, NR2, P(=O)(R2), -O-, -S-, SO 또는 SO2 로 대체될 수도 있고 위에 언급된 기에서 하나 이상의 수소 원자는 D, F, Cl, Br, I, CN 또는 NO2 로 대체될 수도 있음), 또는 5 내지 30 개의 방향족 고리 원자를 갖고 각 경우에 하나 이상의 R2 라디칼로 치환될 수도 있는 방향족 또는 헤테로방향족 고리 시스템이고, 여기서 둘 이상의 R1 라디칼은 서로 연결될 수도 있고 고리를 형성할 수도 있다;
R2 은 각각의 경우 동일하거나 상이하고 H, D, F 또는 1 내지 20 개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 지방족, 방향족 또는 헤테로방향족 유기 라디칼이고, 여기서 하나 이상의 수소 원자는 또한 D 또는 F 로 대체될 수도 있고; 동시에, 둘 이상의 R2 치환기는 서로 연결될 수도 있고 고리를 형성할 수도 있다. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,

- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 적어도 하나의 화합물 또는 제 8 항에 기재된 포뮬레이션을 포함하는, 전자 디바이스.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 전자 디바이스는 유기 전계 발광 디바이스이고, 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 상기 화합물은 인광 방출체용 또는 TADF (thermally activated delayed fluorescence) 를 나타내는 방출체용 매트릭스 재료로서 방출층에서, 또는 전자 수송층에서 및/또는 정공 차단층에서 및/또는 정공 수송층에서 및/또는 여기자 차단층에서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 디바이스.
