Claims (10)

  1. 고분자량 할로겐화 폴리비닐수지와 가소제 혼합물 및 혼합물 전체에 분산되는 보강재료를 포함하는 할로겐화 폴리비닐 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 할로겐화 폴리비닐수지가 약 1.1내지 약2.4의 고유 점도를 갖는 염화폴리비닐 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 사용되는 가소제의 양이 약 40인치의 0.36×0.16인치 채널에서 나선형 용융 유동을 제공하기에 충분한 양인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 보강재료가 유리섬유, 스테인레스강깍음물, 탄산칼슘, 중합체섬유, 또는 고무상 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 가소제가 디옥틸 프탈산염이고 보강 재료가 유리섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 염화 폴리비닐수지가 약 1.4 내지 1.6의 고유점도를 갖고 약 100부에서 사용되고, 가소제가 수지 100부당 15부 내지 수지 100부당 100부로 사용되고, 보강재료가 유리섬유이고 조성물의 약 5 내지 약 40중량%에서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 염화폴리비닐 수지가 약 1.4 내지 1.6의 고유 점도를 갖고 약 100부에서 사용되고, 가소제가 수지 100부당 15부 내지 수지 100부당 100부로 사용되고, 보강재료가 조성물의 약 5 내지 40중량%로 사용되는 유섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  8. 제1항의 조성물에 할로겐화 폴리비닐수지를 용융과 용해시키기에 충분한 온도를 가하고, 그 다음 성형물을 냉각시켜서 제조되는 성형물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 121℃에서 1×107dynes/㎠이상의 저장 모듈러스를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 그 방법이 사출 성형 방법인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형물.
