Claims (2)
- 영상신호를 변환 부호화하여 양자화한 후, 양자화된 2차원 변환계수를 주사하여 발생하는 1차원 데이타의 런과 레벨을 가변길이 부호화하는데 있어서, 양자화할 때 사용되는 양자화 스텝 크기(qz)를 다수개의 단계로 나누고 각각의 단계마다 다양하게 발생되는 런과 레벨의 빈도수에 최적하게 만들어진 다수개의 코드 테이블을 이용하여, 상기 양자화 스텝 크기(qz)에 따라서 입력되는 런과 레벨을 부호화하는 적응적 가변길이 부호화 방법.
- 영상신호를 변환 부호화하여 양자화한 후, 양자화된 2차원 변환 계수를 주사하여 발생하는 1차원 데이터의 런과 레벨을 가변길이 부호화하는데 있어서, 양자화할 때 사용되는 양자화 스텝 크기(qz)를 다수개의 단계로 나누고, 각 단계마다 다양하게 발생하는 런과 레벨의 빈도수에 따라 만들어진 다수개의 코드 테이블과, 상기 양자화 스텝 크기(qz)를 제어신호로 하여 입력되는 런과 레벨을 소정의 코드 테이블로 부호화할 수 있도록 하는 스위칭부를 포함하는 적응적 가변길이 부호화장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
