Abstract

본 발명은 필수적인 구성 원소로 티타늄, 탄소 및 붕소를 함유하고, 뛰어난 내식성을 가지며, 주 금속 원소로서 티타눔을 함유하는 붕화 티타늄상 또는 붕화물상과 주 금속 원소로서 티타늄을 함유하는 탄화 티타늄 또는 탄화물상을 조직내에 포함하는 은색 소결 제품 및 그 은색 소결 제품의 생산 방법에 관한 것이다. 그 소결 제품은 700MPa 이상의 휨 강도와, 9.0GPa 이상의 비커스 경도 및 5.0MPa·m½이상의 파단 인성을 가진다.

Claims (10)

  1. 적어도 티타늄, 탄소 및 붕소를 구성 원소로 함유하고 뛰어난 내식성과, 700MPa 이상이 휨 강도와, 9.0GPa 이상의 비커스 경도 및 5.0MPa·m½이상의 파단 인성을 가지는 인색 소결 제품으로서, 조성식 (TiaMb)Bc(Ⅰ)으로 표현되느 ㄴ금속 붕화물상과 조성식(TixNy)Cz(Ⅱ)으로 표현되는 금속 탄화물상을 포함하며 상기 조성식중 M과 N은 각각 Ti를 제외한 주기율표의 4a, 5a 및 6a족 원소들 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 원소이고,a, b, c, x, y 및 z는 0.8a1.0, 0b0.2, 0.8c1.0, 0y0.2, 0.6z1.0, x+y=1의 관계를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 은색 소결 제품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성식(Ⅰ)으로 표현되는 금속 붕화물상과, 상기 조성식(Ⅱ)으로 표현되는 금속 탄화물상 및, 주된 티타늄과 불가피 불순물로 이루어진 나머지 금속상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 은색 소결 제품.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조성식 주으이 M과 N은 각가 Mo, Ta 및 W 중에서 선택된 금속중 적어도 하나이상이고, 상기 조성식중의 a,b,c,x,y 및 z는 0.85a0.95, 0.05b0.15, 0.9c1.0, a+b=1, 0.9x0.95, 0.7z0.9, x+y=1 의관계를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 은색 소결 제품
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 구성 원소인 타타늄, 탄소 및 붕소의 전체량에 대한 80 내지 95중량%의 티타늄과, 3 내지 12중량%의 붕소와 2 내지 8중량%의 탄소를 함유하고, TiC 및 TiB 상을 함께 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 은색 소결 제품.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 TiB상의 적어도 일부가 침상 결정 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 은색 소결 제품.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 알러지를 일으키는 금속의 함량이 전체량에 대하여 0.3중량%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 은색 소결 제품.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 3가지 주요 구성 원소인 80내지 95%의 티타늄, 3 내지 12중량%의 붕소, 2 내지 8중량%의 탄소의 중량을 100으로 할때, Ti를 제외한 주기율표와 4a, 5a 및 6a 족 원소들중 적어도 하나의 원소를 0.5내지 20.0중량 비율 만큼 함유하고, TiC 상 및 TiB상을 함께 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 은색 소결제품.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 TiB상의 적어도 일부가 침상 결정 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 은색 소결 제품.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 3가지 주요 구성 원소의 중량을 100을로 할때, V,Zr,nb, Mo,Hf, Ta 및 W 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 원소를 0.5내지 15.0 중량 비율 만큼 함유하고, 알러지 발생 원인이 되는 금속의 함량을 소결 제품의전체중량에 대하여 0.3중량% 이하로 억제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 은색 소결 제품.
  10. 티타늄 분말과, 티타늄의 탄화물 분말 및 티타늄의 붕화물 분말을 미리 정한 형상의 물품으로 성형하고, 그 성형된 물품을 1300 내지 1600℃의 비산화 분위기 내에서 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 은색 소결 제품 제조 방법.
