Claims (15)
- 테이블을 가지는 베드와, 이 베드의 제1의 단부에 입설된 입삭반과, 이 입삭반에 설치된 스핀들헤드를 갖춘 공작기계에 있어서, 상기 입삭반의 상부와 상기 헤드의 제1단부와는 반대측의 제2의 단부를 지주로서 연결한 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 지주는 상기 스핀들헤드를 지지한 입삭반의상부양쪽과 상기 베드의 제2의 단부 양쪽을 각각 연결하는 한짝의 지주부재를 포함하여 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 한짝의 지주부재의 간격은 상기 스핀들헤드를 지지한 입삭반의 상부양측에서 상기 베드의 제2의 단부양쪽을 향함을 따라서 점차 넓게 되도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 한짝의 지주부재는 상기 스핀들헤드를 지지한 입삭반의 상부양쪽에서 상기 베드의 제2단부를 향하여 서로 떨어지는 방향으로 또한 수평으로 연장되고, 그 각 선단에서 상기 베드의 제2의 단부로 향하여 서로 평행으로 또한 수평으로 연장하고, 그 각 선단에서 아래쪽으로 향하여 수직으로 내려가고 상기 베드의 제2의 단부양쪽에 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계.
- 청구항 4에 있어서, 상기 각 지주부재는 파이프에 의하여 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계.
- 테이블을 가지는 베드와, 이 베드의 제1의 단부에 입설된 입삭반과, 이 입삭반에 설치되며, 또한 공기베어링으로서 회전가능하도록 지지되는 주축을 가지는 스핀들헤드를 갖춘 공작기계에 있어서, 상기 입삭반의 상부와 상기 베드의 제1의 단부와는 반대측의 제2의 단부를 지주로서 연결한 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 지주는 상기 스핀들헤드를 지지한 입삭반의 상부 양쪽과 상기 베드의 제2의 단부양쪽을 각각 연결하는 한짝의 지주부재를 포함하여 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계.
- 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 한짝의 지주부재의 간격은 상기 스핀들헤드를 지지한 입삭반의 상부양쪽에서 상기 헤드의 제2의 단부양쪽을 향함을 따라서, 점차 넓게 되도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계.
- 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 한짝의 지주부재는 상기 스핀들헤드를 지지한 입삭반의 상부양쪽에서 상기 헤드의 제2의 단부로 향하여 서로 떨어지는 방향으로 또한 수평으로 연장되고, 그 각 선단에서 상기 헤드의 제2의 단부를 향하여 서로 평행으로 또한 수평으로 연장하며, 그 각 선단에서 아래쪽을 향하여 수직으로 내려가서 상기 베드의 제2의 단부양쪽에 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 각 지주부재는 파이프에 의하여 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계.
- 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 스핀들헤드는 상기 입삭반에 지지된 하우징과 이 하우징에 공기베어링을 통하여 회전가능하도록 지지되고, 도중에 플린지를 가지는 주축과, 그 주축을 회전구동시키는 모우터를 갖추고, 상기 공기베어링에는 상기 주축의 외주면을 향하여 공기를 분출하는 분출구를 가지는 레이디얼 베어링과, 상기 주축의 플린지를 향하여 공기를 분출하는 분출구를 가지는 드러스트 베어링이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계.
- 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 테이블을 수평면내에 있어서, 서로 직교하는 2방향으로 이동가능하도록 설치되며, 상기 스핀들헤드는 상기 테이블의 이동방향에 대하여 직교하는 상하방향으로 승강가능하도록 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계.
- 청구항 12에 있어서, 상기 한쪽의 지주부재에는 상기 테이블의 2방향의 이동 위치 및 스핀들헤드의 상하 방향의 이동위치를 표시하는 표시수단이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계.
- 청구항 13에 있어서, 상기 표시수단은 표시면의 방향이 변경가능하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계.
- 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 헤드는 상기 베드의 제2의 단부양쪽에 상기 한쪽의 지주부재의 하단을 지지하는 지지부를 가지고, 그 지지부의 사이에 노치오목부를 갖추고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
