Abstract
Izgudrojums attiecas uz furfurola un bioetanola rūpniecisku ražošanu no pentozānus saturošām augu valsts izejvielām: kukurūzas kaceniem, salmiem, bagases un citiem. Izejvielu sasmalcina līdz tehnoloģiskas šķeldas izmēram, samaisa ar katalizatora šķīdumu un apstrādā ūdens tvaika plūsmā pie paaugstināta spiediena. No reaktora izejošo tvaiku kondensē un izdala no kondensāta furfurolu ar rektifikācijas paņēmienu. Ja nepieciešams, pentozānus tikai daļēji pārveido furfurolā un no izejvielas atlikuma ekstrahē tur palikušo ksilozi. Izejvielas atlikumā palikušo celulozi hidrolizē ar enzīmiem līdz glikozei un, pēc nepieciešamā sāļu daudzuma pievienošanas, glikozi raudzē līdz bioetanolam.The invention relates to the industrial production of furfural and bioethanol from pentosan-containing vegetable raw materials: corn cob, straw, bagasse and others. The raw material is crushed to the size of the technological chips, mixed with the catalyst solution and treated in a water vapor stream at elevated pressure. The reactor is condensed and extracted from condensate furfural by rectification. If necessary, the pentosan is only partially converted into furfural and extracted from the residual xylose. The remaining cellulose residue is hydrolyzed with enzymes to glucose and, after addition of the required amount of salts, glucose is fermented to bioethanol.
