The invention refers to medicine, in particular to gynecology, and may be used for treatment of primary and secondary algodysmenorrhea to partients with menstrual cycle disorders.Summary of the invention consists in the use of bromide of S-ethyl isothiouronium (isoturone) for algodysmenorrhea treatment.The result consists in that when locably using said medicinal preparation in 95…100% cases there is attained disappearance of the pain syndrome.
