Abstract

The invention refers to medicine, in particular to surgery and may be used for treatment of gigantic ventral postoperative hernias, umbilical hernias and white line hernias.Summary of the invention consists in carrying out the surgical intervention, including the longitudinal or transversal incision of the skin, subcutaneous tissue and aponeurosis, mobilization of the hernial sac up to the cervix. After mobilization, it is opened the hernial sac, it is introduced the content thereof into the peritoneal cavity and it is removed the hernial sac. Then, it is made the plasty of the abdominal wall defect by the Sapejco method with longitudinal duplication or Meio with transversal duplication. After carrying out the plasty in the duplication region there is introduced in staggered order for 1…2 ml of suspension of mononuclear cells obtained from the recipient blood, then the tissues are sutured in layers.
