Abstract
The invention refers to the wine industry, namely to a process for producing strong aged beverage.The process, according to the invention, includes ageing of new wine distillates in the presence of oak wood, preparation of blending from aged wine distillates, softened water, sugar syrup and caramel, rest of the blending and filtration thereof. At the same time, preparation of blending is carried out in two consecutive stages, in the first stage there are mixed the aged wine distillates, afterwards the distillate mixture is treated thermally and/or with cold, and in the second stage there are administered the remaining components of blending.The result consists in increasing the stability of the finished product.
