Abstract
Inventia se refera la industria constructoare de masini, in special la transmisiile mecanice, si poate fi utilizata pentru multiplicarea turatiilor organului de lucru al masinilor. Multiplicatorul precesional include un corp (1) cu capac (4), in care sunt amplasate o roata dintata centrala (2), care angreneaza cu roata satelit (5) instalata pe manivela (8), care include role conice (6) montate cuposibilitatea rotirii pe axe (7) fixate radial inel, si un cuplaj (11) cu dinti legat cu satelitul(5), precum si arborii conducator (10) si cel condus (9). Noutatea inventiei consta in aceea ca maicontine adaugator o roata dintata centrala (3), ambele roti fiind fixate rigid: una in corp (1), alta in capac (4). Roata satelit (5) este amplasata intre ele si angreneaza cu ambele, totodata manivela (8) este legata rigid cu arborele condus (9). Pe axele radiale (7) ale rotii satelit (5) sunt montate role conice suplimentare (12) care sunt amplasate in canelurile dintre dintii semicuplajului (11), legat rigid cu arborele conducator (10), iar numarul rolelor conice suplimentare (12) este egalsau mai mic decat numarul rolelor conice (6), care angreneaza cu rotile dintate centrale (2) si (3). Canelurile semicuplajului (11) pot fi executate paralel sau inclinat fata de axa arborelui conducator (10).The invention relates to the machine building industry, in particular to mechanical transmissions, and can be used for multiplying the speeds of the machine working body. The precessional multiplier includes a body (1) with a lid (4), in which a central gear wheel (2) is located, which engages with the satellite wheel (5) installed on the crank (8), which includes conical rollers (6) fitted with the cupsibility rotations on the axes (7) radially fixed to the ring, and a coupling (11) with teeth connected to the satellite (5), as well as the drive shaft (10) and the driven shaft (9). The novelty of the invention consists in the fact that maicontine adds a central gear wheel (3), both wheels being fixed rigidly: one in the body (1), another in the cover (4). The satellite wheel (5) is located between them and gears with both, at the same time the crank (8) is rigidly connected to the driven shaft (9). On the radial axes (7) of the satellite wheel (5) are mounted additional conical rollers (12) which are located in the grooves between the teeth of the semi-coupling (11), rigidly connected with the driving shaft (10), and the number of additional conical rollers (12) is they were smaller than the number of conical rollers (6), which engage with the central gear wheels (2) and (3). The semi-coupling grooves (11) may be executed parallel or inclined to the axis of the driving shaft (10).
