Abstract

La invención se relaciona con microorganismos recombinantes donde los polinucleótidos que codifican para lisina descarboxilasa son potenciados y al usarlos, se produce fermentativamente la (1,5-diaminopentano) de cadaverina, siendo preferentemente la fuente de carbono usada en forma de materia prima renovable tal como, por ejemplo, glucosa, sacarosa, melaza y lo similar.
