Abstract
Un método para el fosfatado sustancialmente libre de níquel de una superficie metálica, caracterizado porque una superficie metálica, de forma opcional, luego de la limpieza y/o de la activación, se trata primero con una composición de fosfatado acuosa ácida que comprende iones de zinc, iones de manganeso, y iones de fosfato, y de manera opcional se enjuaga y/o se seca, y luego se trata con una composición acuosa después del enjuague que comprende al menos una clase de iones de metal seleccionados del grupo que consiste en los iones de molibdeno, cobre, plata, oro, paladio, estaño, antimonio, titanio, circonio, y hafnio y/o al menos un polímero seleccionado del grupo que consiste en las clases de polímeros de las poliaminas, polietilenaminas, polianilinas, poliiminas, polietileniminas, politiófenos, y polipiroles y también mezclas de sus copolímeros, tanto la composición de fosfatado como la composición después del enjuague sustancialmente libres de níquel.
