Abstract

Un tubo de acero curvo (1) que incluye una porción de tubo recto (2) y una porción curvada (3), que tiene un radio de curvatura r no menor que tres veces el diámetro externo OD de la porción de tubo recto (2) y que tiene una composición química que contiene, en por ciento en masa, C: de 0.04 a 0.08%, Si: de 0.05 a 0.50%, Mn: de 1.00 a 1.70%, P: 0.015% o menos, S: 0.002% o menos, Cu: de 0 a 0.50%, Ni: de 0 a 0.50%, Cr: de 0 a 0.50%, Mo: de 0 a 0.50%, Al sol.: de 0 a 0.10%, Ca: de 0 a 0.0050%, Nb: de 0 a 0.050%, V: de 0 a 0.10% y Ti: de 0 a 0.030%, siendo el resto Fe e impurezas, en donde Ceq (= C + Mn/6 + (Cr + Mo + V)/5 + (Cu + Ni)/15) es 0.35% o más, el límite de elasticidad de la porción de tubo recto (2) y de la porción curvada (3) son de 450 a 600 MPa y las durezas Vickers (HV10) de la porción de tubo recto (2) y la porción curvada (3) son 230 o menos.
