Abstract

Un sistema de recubrimiento multicapa que comprende: una capa de recubrimiento inferior derivada de una composición de recubrimiento inferior curable por UV, en donde la composición de recubrimiento inferior curable por UV comprende: a1) un material de epoxi; b1) un material de poliol que tiene un valor de hidroxilo (OHV) de al menos 35 mg de KOH/g y/o un material con funcionalidad dicetona; y c1) un fotoiniciador; y una capa de tinta dispuesta directamente sobre la capa de recubrimiento inferior, cuya capa de tinta deriva de una composición de tinta. La invención se refiere a un sistema de recubrimiento multicapa para un envase de aluminio que comprende una capa de tinta, cuya capa de tinta deriva de una composición de tinta; y una capa de recubrimiento superior dispuesta directamente sobre la capa de tinta, cuya capa de recubrimiento superior deriva de una composición de recubrimiento superior curable por UV, en donde la composición de recubrimiento superior curable por UV comprende: a2) un material de epoxi; b2) un material de poliol y/o un material con funcionalidad dicetona; y c2) un fotoiniciador.
